Zero star! I order 2 vases for my sister party and I am so embarrassed because of the flower. They look nothing like the picture they posted on their website. I paid for deluxe option about $60, not standard, but they look cheaper than $19.99 flower in Costco. I bought them based on good review from google but honestly, I think those reviews are fake. I will post the picture of the vase for people to compare.

I am surprised that people were writing positive reviews of this florist. I have worked with them twice, both with bad results. Manager was not helpful either time. Bad quality and service, will never use them again.
