Basically, the flowers that were delivered were extremely poor for the price that was paid and the person who took the order was extremely rude. Furthermore, they charged an extremely high rate of $25 for delivery to an address that is only about 6 miles from their store. They were ordered for my mother for her birthday by some friends who live out of town, and I am deeply regretting my recommendation for using this company. I would never use them again and I caution others from using this company.

The one in the picture and the real product is not the same. The real one looks so cheap . We ordered the Telefloras Sunny Smiles from their website and the arrangement on the picture looks so elegant but the one my friend received definitely disappointing us. The only reason that I gave them 2 stars because they quickly replaced the wrong product about 15 minutes later. But was it also the reason they didnt have much time to make it beautiful ? Very disappointed...

Never use this Florist Again. Sent a Spray to a Funeral! A Very Rude Person called me shortly after ordering the flowers to tell me they didnt have all the flowers in stock. I didn’t have a problem with Substitutions. She went one to tell me that for this price it would be small. For $130.00 plus a delivery fee I expected more than a very few (maybe 12 to 18 half dead Flowers.) Walmart’s flowers looked better than that arrangement. VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!

This florist is very rude. I ordered flowers for a shower and paid $125 plus delivery fees and the flower arrangement was full of greenery, was not to the height and length specs we discussed, the flowers were hastily arranged, and the quantity of flowers to greenery was low. I would NOT use this florist again. When I called to say I was disappointed, they argued and said there was nothing more they could do.

Was not even slightly impressed. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the photo. It was not due to unopened buds, as the flowers are open, just less than half of what was pictured. Additionally, I was charged $29.95 for a delivery a few miles away. I will not use this florist again and highly suggest that others dont waste their time or money here.

Sam is the Man! On Short notice a mere hour before closing on a Saturday, Cypress Flowers came through for me and made my mothers birthday! And bought an endless procrastinator another year! Also, I recommend allowing them to arrange not some stock photo off a website. Thanks to all those at Cypress Flowers

Wonderful work! I discussed what the occasion was, over the phone, a little what I would like to see. In 15 minutes I had a picture of a custom arrangement on my phone and it was beautiful! No more flower orders online for me! Ill be coming back here from now on.
