This florist is located in my subdivision and unfortunately my experience was not the greatest. I placed an order for a crosage for my daughters formal dance, I got a call the day before her formal close to 5pm that the florist could not make my daugthers crosage because she ran out of the roses we selected. They did offer some other suggestions but they did not go with my daughters dress. I had prepaid for her corsage so in the mist of having to rush and find another florist I asked them to credit my account. Something so simple I thought..... this florist said she couldnt credit my account that same day she had to wait til Monday? I asked her why? She really couldnt give me a valid excuse except that it was after 5pm. So I waited til Monday she never called me , I litterally had to chase them down just credit my account. After a few weeks I finally got my credit the lady was nice but she kept giving me excuses that the business was not hers. Not the best customer service and had to find another florist at the very last minute.

Blanca at Wildflower saved me! I had a horrible experience elsewhere and was in Wildflower Thursday morning begging for a casket piece by Saturday. She knew I was stressed and worried about this and she was so laid back, reassuring and compassionate. She knew exactly what I was wanting and had suggestions for me. I had this orderded in about 15 minutes flat. The arrangement was so beautiful! Large, stunning, fresh and the funeral directors were worried about it just being left at the cremation sight. I heard them all saying how beautiful and grand it was and that maybe someone should take it home. Blanca exceeded my expectations in talent and professionalism. I will never use anyone else again.

Only order from Blanca @ Autumn Leaves location The several florists have merged under an umbrella name called "Wildflower Florist". The location I have dealt with in the past is Autumn Leaves and they have always take great care of my orders. Blanca is the manager at the Spring Cypress and Huffmeister location, she will make sure you have a good experience. Too bad the Wildflowers main office has such a poor presentation of the group.

I have used Autumn Leaves several times over the last few years and have always bent over backward to help me. Today Feb. 14th I called at 7:45am to see what could be done for a delivery today. They called me back after a hour and said they could make it happen for me. Valentines Day Super Heros. Love these folks.. Thanks again!
