DO NOT buy rotisserie chickens at this location. I had salmonella poisoning from an undercooked chicken. I spent a week in bed, had to go to the ER and now Im on meds to rid my system of this. I had already cut into the chicken and ate some and then saw that it was almost raw towards the center. I called the manager and asked if the internal temperature was checked on each chicken prior to being put out for sale. He said they didnt have time to do that. He also said that regardless of the size, all the chickens are cooked in the same oven at the same temp for the same amount of time. So, if a chicken is 1 pound larger than another one, it will be undercooked - and, I always buy the largest chicken I can. I guess I got unlucky this time, but, I have noticed a few times the chickens are a bit undercooked. I will still shop at this location as I do think it is a nice market (very clean, friendly, good selection), but, I will never buy another rotisserie chicken or any other "precooked" meat and Id like to save someone else the pain Ive experienced over this.

Ordered a cake with matching cup cakes from the bakery for a baby shower that I was hosting. The custom cake was beautiful, moist and delicious. People kept asking where did the cake come from and it photographed wonderfully. It looked like a cake that I would have spent $$$ on. If you think that you can only order a sheet cake, think again. You can get a gourmet cake for more than half the cost. Bakery team is excellent... Thank you guys so much!!

This place rocked when they opened, but the customer service had gone downhill. The pharmacy group is great. The guys in produce and the guys that work the sushi cart are always nice. I wish the store would adjust their stock to reflect need. They have run out of my milk, yogurt, eggs and bread at least a few times. And HEB is taking over my much beloved brands with their store brand, for the same price, whether or not the quality is the same.

I am from Kansas and we do not have a grocery store anywhere close to what HEB has to offer! Even the smaller store that is close to my daughters house is better. Anytime I come to visit I make it a point to go to an HEB. The staff are always friendly, the product selection is enormous and they are clean with easy to manage isles!

Very clean as opposed to other nearby HEB stores. I travel out of my way to this one because of customer service and great management. Feel safer at this location. Great selection, prepared salads are good but sometimes the chicken is undercooked. Most friendly cashiers but there is one that has an attitude, I try to avoid.

We come here for our groceries often. It is well kept and clean throughout. We went into HEB today and it poured cats and dogs while we were buying groceries. Needless to say, it never stopped. When we came outside, HEB employees were waiting to escort customers to their cars with umbrellas. Awesome job, HEB!

Love that we have a HEB nestled into the cypress/Tomball area that so close to home. I do wish they had initially made it a larger store and carried some of my favorite natural and organic items that they carry in the larger stores in the area. But with that said its still a great store with great staff!

im temporary at this store since im opening a new one but everyone here is extremely amazing all my co workers are fun to work with and all of them always have a smile on their face , i would really hate to leave this amazing heb probably some of the best customer service in the area

Will not be coming back to this location again! Alma was very rude, snarky, and outright disrespectful! I asked her to help me and she carried on with a very unhelpful patronizing attitude! This is an issue that Corporate needs to address immediately!

Great selection, samples are meaningful and delicious. Coupons are fantastic and prices are right. This is my favorite HEB too, great location, easy parking, fantastic services. Great cooking connection area. Hands down, the greatest!

The bakery people are rude and hateful. They dont want to help you at all. I tried to order a custom cake and they told me I could do it and when I went to pick it up they said they couldnt and I had to change it. Ridiculous.

What a great store! My almost 3 year old daughter is the biggest fan of the clean aisles and HEB Buddy bucks. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. This is the best HEB in Cypress area.

I love this HEB. It is not a zoo like the two east and west of this one. The vintage is soo crowded. They have a nice and easy in and out off spring cypress and the staff are very attentive.

Extremely clean store. Employees are friendly. They hire the right people for the department. I live closer to 2 other HEB stores, but shop here because customer service is phenomenal.

Great store and employees. In the middle of Harvey they were apologetic about how the store looked but I never saw it look better! Just anothet small slice of why we love HEB.

Open since 10-8-14. Clean, organized, plenty of registers open for quick and painless shopping. Always fresh fruits, veggies, and meats. Far more variety than your typical HEB.
