I am a bridesmaid in a wedding in Omaha. Long story short, the brides original florist backed out 3 days before the wedding. The staff greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us choose a beautiful bouquet for the bride to be. While we werent able to get some of our original flowers as they had to be special ordered (our fault not theirs since we came to them two business days before the wedding), they helped us find a perfect alternative and created an exceptional boquet with such short notice. They have many many flowers on hand to create a perfect arrangement that I could only imagine the selection and choices we would have had if we came to them with more time. We have found the place to send the groom to get apology gifts, special occasion gifts, and we will be sure to suggest an everyday present.

Janousek Florist is the BEST Florist, period. I have used them over a dozen times. They are always responsive and will accommodate any request. They have delivered within an hour of ordering before. They are creative with their arrangements and have a team of professional designers. I have always been super impressed with how long their flowers have lasted as well as their prices. They have a well stocked greenhouse to supply your indoor and outdoor plant and flower needs. I highly recommend Janousek for all your floral needs, they are the best in town. Tony Denman

I ordered flowers for my wife in the hospital in the AM. The flowers were delivered to her room within 4 hours of placing my order. The assistance they gave me on the phone was great and the flowers were delivered in great shape and exactly as they were described and shown on their website. That was a very nice surprise over the last few times I have ordered flowers from another local flower shop whos name I will not mention, but it starts with a T and ends with a S and.... it is NOT Taylors. I will definitely use Janousek Florist again!

MY experience was amazing I went to Terryls flower Garden on 78th and Pacific i had called my order in at 10:00 they said it would be ready by 11:30 when i got there it wasnt ready they didnt even know what i was talking about, they didnt have the flowers and terryl was very rude so then i called here and told him what had happened he said that is would be ready in 20 mins when i showed up it was ready he added sparkles for me the staff were very friendly moral of the sorry is that i highly recommend this company

Very great customer service, ordered something last minute on Valentines Day because every other shop was booked and they still worked around my timing. Took my daughter with me to pick up the flowers and they let her pick out a rose as well as pick one for me. I mean absolutely every one was nice, best customer service Ive had. I would give it 10 stars if I could. In never do reviews on places but I had th share how great they were.

I ordered flowers for my sick Aunt last Saturday. They were delivered but somebody elses name and address were on the card. She had no idea that I had sent them! Thats never happened to me before when I sent flowers to someone. I had carefully given my name and address to the woman who took the order on the phone. What a disappointment. Good thing I called her! I will not order from this shop again.

Top notch service, selection and quality. Ive used Janousek Florist multiple times each year for several years now. I keep a very busy schedule so its great to be able to call up on the go and order flowers quickly. They are always prompt on delivery and keep things very simple for the customer.
