Daughter purchased a pair of riding sun glasses for 240.00 as birthday gift for dad. Tried glasses on and they did not fit. Father returned to store explaining to sales person that glasses fit very tight and would like to exchange for better fit. Sales person proceeded to bend frame to make fit and advised that NO EXCHANGES WOULD BE ALLOWED. When heated discussion took place advising sales person that it was unreasonable that a gift could not be exchanged for a proper fit; especially one costing 240.00 sales person advise to remove myself from premises or police would be summond. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. NOOOOO Customer satisfaction with my experience. Now Im left with a 240.00 present daughter purchased at bike land that i am not satisfied with due that store would not exchange for better fitted pair of glasses

I was provided with awesome service today. I came in asking for a new front tire, tube, and a "truing" on my mountain bike. I was informed that the "truing" wasnt necessary. I was surprised to hear this, but I am glad I wasnt just sold some lie so someone could make an extra buck off me. The tire and tube seem to work great after having taken the bike for a fun ride. I also very much appreciate that the guys working today (7/13/12) also fixed one of my brakes that was dangerously loose. I didnt even ask and they did it. I will be coming back and referring anyone who has any bike need.

My brother and I were just in there and received some if the best service! We were looking for a couple bolts that were lost in the breakdown of the the bike. A mechanic that was in there, extremely friendly, found the couple bolts and told us because they were "miscellaneous" parts we didnt need to pay. We stood there for less than 10 minutes and 6 people asked if we needed help. Yalls service is absolutely superb. Not only do you have a forever customer, but I will be back in there to purchase a bike for my son and myself.

Fantastic customer service. Staff is knowledgeable about their products and extremely helpful breaking things down for you. Just bought my first "high end" 29er here and I was extremely happy with the advice and guidance I was given. They really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase no matter how big or small. They also have a great selection of bikes, accessories and clothing. Store is clean and well organized. If you havent stopped in, you need too!

My encounters with them have been very positive. They didnt try to oversell me on a bike as I transitioned from running to biking. They spent a lot of time with me. I am tall and they made sure that my bike was the right size and fit for me at a price point that I was comfortable with and didnt regret (didnt suggest the cheapest but knew I wasnt going for the Tour de France either). Every time I pop in I listen to the conversation going on around me in the store and learn a lot

Went in ready to purchase a bike. Customer service was not all that great. Had to actually ask 1 of 4 employees that was standing and talking around the register for help. When I did finally get any kind of help, I was referred to look on their website for more options on a particular bike, which tells me that they dont know the answer and doesnt want to be bothered looking that up. Took my business elsewhere.

I went in there looking for a tri bike. A great young sales man helped me. He had vast knowledge and personal experience with the bikes as well as great tips for triathlons. He could really helped me decide between a road bike and a tri bike. I ended up going with a tarmac, killer bike. Thanks Bikeland For having great employees, He helped me set up my 2 kids with bikes! Great local business!

I went to 5 different shops in the area looking for an entry level bike for my wife. To be honest I didnt find exactly what I was looking for, but they were nice, helpful, and honest with my questions, so they are now the first place I head when I need any other kind of bike related service, and their service has been great.

My Scott came from the shop farther north on 45. I dont go there. I come to Bike Land! They really treat me right. Once had me in and out in 30 min when my crank was loose needed dis-assembly. The repair price was right too. My first visit they tuned up my shifting for only $18, up the road wanted $60.

Me and my friend went to get our bikes serviced. John and Justin were a huge help we were in and out less than 10 minutes. The prices were pretty cheap as far as service goes and they had a huge selection of bikes and parts. This is my one stop shop for all my bike needs.

They treated me right. I went in with 2 poped tires and a bent rim, plus needed to buy a third extra tube, they fixed it, had it back to me that day, and didnt even charge me for the rim. All this for a good price of about $20. This is a great bike shop!
