Staff lays around doing nothing and when asked to help they dont listen I wanted to purchase an item from there but I scanned it and it was scanning as a completely different item and therefore incorrect price . I went to customer service to ask for the correction. They were sitting/laying on the counter behind them and once they finally decided to help me, they wouldnt listen to what I said. I explained the situation three times and the person only said that it was scanning at the price that was incorrect. They then turned around and just stopped listening. In a previous encounter in this place, I was harassed to leave by an employee for just being in the store. Had done nothing wrong, just was looking around. When a guy came up to me and kept telling me that I was banned from the store and kept giving bogus excuses such as I was too young to be there or that I was already banned from the store just days before. He kept following me throughout the store insisting until I decided just leave. Lastly, some items are overly priced up to double the amount found in other places Tl:dr They dont care if youre there, they try to swindle money from you, and they will kick you out for no reason if they feel like it

I dont think Ive ever found a clean and organized toys r us but this one isnt as horrible as the rest. Not as big a selection on the toys Im looking for but still have a lot to choose from in other areas. Its crowded even when there are no customers, thats just how the wall ways are set up. Bed more space for shopping carts otherwise you get stuck very easily. Parking lot is ok but during busy shopping times be sure to lock up. Staff is helpful ever time and pretty knowledgeable.

We always had good service at the Toysrus store at Agora Pkwy., But when I called yesterday i was on hold for 5 minutes the first time and no one answered the phone. I called again and after 5 minutes of ringing I was put on hold and will have someone help me...20 minutes later no one pick up the phone again..I really need to get someone on the phone thats why I waited that long...I guess I will have to go in and speak to the manager not that it would make a difference.

Horrible shopping experience! I ordered an item that was "in stock" and one week later received an email that the order was canceled. I should have known better given my past negative experiences with this company that continues to provide horrible service...if I have any sense left at all this will be the last time I let them take me for a ride. No wonder why they are having such troubles staying in business!!

I asked a manager for shopkins and after an employee failed to find what I wanted she herself went to the back to bring it, only to bring something similar, and then again she went and brought back the exactly what I was looking for. Best customer service in my life. And first to not tell me "if its not out on the floor, we dont have it in the back". Should have gotten her name. Merry Christmas

Stock is never updated online (and store employees look online to see what they have). Items are constantly marked at discounts (or put on discount shelves) then the items do not ring up at the discount. Managers will argue with the customers until you take them to the shelves to show them the discount signage. This has happened multiple times at this location.

Not the best Toys"R"Us, but does its job. It has a decent variety of toys and games for almost any situation. As it is a retail store, it does tend to be a little more pricey. Along with it being a toy store, it also has a Babys"R"Us attached which can be convenient in the situation that you also needed to shop for your baby.

Enormous well stocked store! Would have been 5 stars if even 1 employee had asked if I needed help. As it was the girls at the register acted like I was asking them to do calculus when I wanted quarters out of a dollar at the checkout.

Always a pleasure shopping here. The staff is always around and super helpful. They are usually in stock and have a wide variety. Saturday events are a real treat for the kids. It is always something different.

Beware they dont give cash refunds. Only in store credit which made me change my mind about purchasing from them. Nice store but I dont agree with their policies.

Never do I ever see any employees besides the cashiers, the nursery and the guys at the electronics. Online shopping from now on if I want something from Toy R Us

Lazy staff doesnt help customers and they dont know anything about on sale items. Especially black friday sales thats when theyre at the laziest possible state

Other than being in a super crowded area, and not always having what I am looking for, the staff seem to be nice and helpful.
