First of all, I totally respect the complexity of running this type of business and so theres downfalls. I tried to sell my daughters clothes but they said they had to pass since it was not in style, out of season, etc? Weird? I just bought most of this clothes before school started in August and its all in perfect condition from Justice, Childrens Place, Target, etc. Unfortunately my 11 year old daughter who still fits into 7t grew out of her pink and girly stage and feels shes a preteen all of a sudden and is no longer interested in her school wardrobe. Thought I would at least get something for her sweaters or two piece sets. Now, the weird thing is that a lot of the clothes they have hanging up for sale is actually a little faded, worn and what I consider out of style. Who selected this clothes? I like the store enough to probably go back, just probably. The last few times Ive visited, I really havent been able to find anything worth buying there, even before this unfair selling experience. Probably next time my daughter will find something she likes (as long as it worth the 6.99 or so they ask for)

customer service is so so at this location. there is only 1 sales associate the provides outstanding service and that is Leslie. I have been to this location 3 different times for resale and every time the store response was " we cant except your items due to numerous reasons ". I went to a different location and kid to kid accepted items they needed and wanted with no problem and I happen to be a regular at the new loop 410 now. there customer service is more than outstanding and they are more organized and neater. I feel the huebner location should be honest with customer and remember customer service comes a long way. I highly recommend nw loop 410 location

Great place to buy lightly used kids clothes and toys... wish they had a wider selection of used books though. I find that the prices at the huebner branch are more reasonable than the one off 1604. probably because of the rental costs of the shop... The store at 1604 is much bigger too. their infant clothese collection is reasonably priced.. usually 75-99cents. but theres a place that sells them even cheaper at 60cents - the rose cottage at braun road. For everything else (esp older kids clothing Id come to kid to kid) All in all, it is a nice experience shopping there. The staff were friendly both to me and my kid, everytime we went.

Took in clothes to sell over Tax free weekend. The items they said " no" I decided to give them to donate to places that gives them to families in need. Went back today found a pair of my kidS Stride rite shoe, exact size and color but I gave them benefit of doubt. Took it to the front to ask when they got it and sure enough over tax free weekend!!!! It broke my heart and makes me sick to my stomach :( :( :( :(

The woman stocking was very nice, the cashier was super friendly and playful with my son, there was positive music playing on the radio, and their prices were great. Not the biggest selection ever, but plenty! Will definitely be going back! Much friendlier and more attentive service than some other kids resale shops in town (like Sweet Repeats on the NE side). I made out like a bandit at this place! Thumbs up!

I love shopping at this store! They are so well organized and always have a great variety to choose from. Name brand clothes in wonderful conditions for really great prices. The above review was posted as a service with the authorization of Kid to Kid San Antonio, and the above comments an opinions expressed in the review are of the customer of Kid to Kid San Antonio.

Seriously, there is no better place you can go for really nice, high quality, name brand childrens clothing at garage sale prices. I recommend this place to everyone. Why spend tons of money for new when you can get it like new at Kid to Kid? I love selling my kids used clothes and toys to them too (and I always take the store credit, because I use it right away!).

I really enjoyed this store. There were a lot of items and its way more fun (& easier) to go shopping around there then Goodwill thats for sure :) Not much maternity clothes to pick from but theres a lot of little kiddie clothes. The ladies inside that I encountered were very friendly and Ill definitely be back without a doubt!

Went for the first time today! I was kind of scared to check out any more baby consignment stores after the last one I went to (different chain) was dirty and unhelpful. Everything was clean, good condition, well packaged, organized, and the staff was friendly. Even helped me out to my car. 10/10 will shop here again.

Some of the prices are higher than new stuff. I recently went and saw a lot of the stuff my daughter currently has and they are at least 2 dollars more than what I bought them for. Bows are very plain looking and very expensive. Dillards has way nicer ones for cheaper than this store.

The store is very well organized. They have pretty good prices. Definitely cheaper than buying new. They even have some items that are on clearance and those are always a really good price. The staff were friendly and patient when I had questions.

good clothes, good prices. but the staff scould my baby boy for being playing with a toy that i was checking if he like it to buy it him. the woman took my baby hand and told him you can not play with that, he was 3 years old at that time.

Staff is rude and I feel very unwelcome if trying to sell. If shopping, there is no customer service offered and they always seem bothered. I will not be going back because there are much better resale stores than this one.

Fascinating place! I advise everyone who has kids to visit this store and prepare to buy something. It’s huuuuuuge and has many, many stores all full of toys and children’s clothes…it has anything one might want.

This store is a rip off! Warning do not sell your baby items here. The staff mainly the store buyer was very rude. This was my first and last time here. There are a lot better baby resale stores in San Antonio.

Clean, good prices, pretty good selection. I have heard the Stone Oak store has a bit more, but we were very pleased today with our first time. Will definitely be back.

Clothing is well organized. One of the ladies working there wasnt over friendly. I guess they dont get a lot of male shoppers. Other than that it was a good experience.

Nice place, but the resale items are priced like new items. Id rather shop at the retail stores and pay regular prices because they are new.
