Great experience from Leslie at customer service dept. I called to ask for an item she was so kind to check if they had it on stock, and she put one on hold for us, when we got there we bought some other items as well, she was always with a smile wow I couldnt ask for a better customer service.

Bicycle advertised on website at $49 and store would not honor the price, very misleading, dont believe anything on their website they just try to reel you in with lies. The product will always be discontinued or out of stock. Sadly not an honest chain. Go somewhere else.

A lot of their shelves are out of stock. They dont stock fast enough. This causes me to either go shopping online or a local competitor store. Their customer service is always friendly, but their cash registers are limited to 1 or 2 open at one time.

The staff is so helpful and eager to help. Was greeted and acknowledged by every staff member. I didnt expect that from a big box store. This location is good for a quick trip or you can spend all day here.

I had a coupon for a 10.00 gift card over $75 purchase and they didnt want to honor it!!! Was so disgusted with customer service and both manager and supervisor did nothing!!! Hate it here!!!

Restrooms are disgusting and dirty. No toilet paper, no soap, used paper all over the floor in there. Only one person at the register while there are 4 employees just standing around.

It seems to be mixing that wow factor when you walk in. It just seems empty. I would figure that kids would have a better time there but I guess that picks up during Christmas time.
