I visited this toys r us on Black Friday. It was as organized as could be and I was greeted with smiles. I purchased two toys cash. I normally dont take a look at my receipt, but my warranty for one of the toys was with it so when I opened it I noticed I was charged for a third toy. It was an extra $7.99 added to my receipt for a toy bike that I never purchased nor did I have. I didnt go back because I drove 30 minutes to get there and the lines were very long since it was Black Friday, but I do want to warn others to check your receipts before you leave the register, since I was charged for things I did not buy. This has only happened to me at this location.

Everyone at this location is extremely rude and they should be terminated. At my job if I would have treated a customer the way I was treated I would be looking for another job. Nobody was willing to help me and when I walked up to the counter to ask for assistance there were 6 people standing around and they seemed angry that they had to move and do their job. The girl at the register was worse by telling me that she couldnt check out my item cause I wasnt called on because she had just told another lady to get into her line and check out. Ill never go back cause this store has horrible management.

No customer service. Seems like only 3 people actually work on the floor and they find ways to avoid you. I had to get a vendor to help me find something. The restrooms smelled like death and not maintained do not use unless you REALLY have to go. The toy shelves are usually empty or poorly organized. The checkout process is terrible. Overall the worse store to go to in Austin. Make a trip to any other toys r us. Sad to see the store go downhill, I used to frequent that store as a kid.

What a disapointment. Havent been in this store for a while, but I went to look for a present yesterday and actually looks like if they are about to close down. The employees are not specially helpful and the restroom was horrible, dirty and by the cleaning sheets, no one has cleaned for 5 days in a row. Thats the womens restroom, the men did not even had toilet paper. Not going back any time soon.

This store was great! I wanted a certain toy, but I couldnt find it and I asked for help. An employee, Jennifer, looked it up on the computer. She went into the back, brought out a big box, opened it and gave me the toy I was looking for! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely shop at this store again! :)

Christmas week - 4 people working in the store. No one wanted to help and took forever to price match items (yes almost everything I bought was cheaper elsewhere). My guy had to walk across the store to get a price match. If I didnt have a gift card here I never would have gone...and I wont ever again.

Got a indoor basketball goal for my grandson here and he loves it. He has a lot of fun on it. It was easy to put together and seems very sturdy. It even has an option to add water to the bottom so it does not tip over but he will not need it in there for quite some time.

Visiting Austin for a few days, came to this store to pick up some cards that are sold out up in KS. very happy we picked this store. Candi was super nice and helpful. Thank you, Candi! Also, literally the cleanest bathroom that I have been in since coming to Austin.
