Terrible service at the Sonic next to Chilis in Schertz, TX. Freaking teenage kids in the evening have no respect for anyone. They are always clowning around inside. EVERYTIME I go through the drive through, they get the order wrong. Tall black guy at the drive through is more worried about his homies and girlfriends in the back than getting my order correct. I took the burger inside. Asked them to get it right. Jr Cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. They bring it out again with mayonnaise and onions this time. Uggh... I took it back in a 2nd time. RIDICULOUS! No one has any CUSTOMER SERVICE inside the store. They need to have a manager working at night that is above the age of 30 and acts mature and keeps these kids in line. These kids are out of control. Completely disrespectful on the drive thru intercom. Gets really old!! Not one time in the past month have they gotten my order correct. I go there once a week. Terrible!!! Horrible!!

The worst experience ever at a sonic! I stopped in just for unsweet tea and egg and cheese burrito. I got to the window and I was handed my tea and I paid. I say at the window for 20 minutes trying to get someones attention. Finally a gentleman came to the window and I handed him my tea and told him I just wanted my money back. At this point a manager came to the window and as he is speaking with me, he has been eating and part of his food came flying out and landed on the drive through window. He looked at it as did I and he said, sorry. He said I just finished you burrito and will refund you the money, well when all was said and done I got a burrito that the egg was not cooked and I never got my money back! Next time I am in town I will avoid thissonox as I have already let my family know that lives down the road.

Yet another instance where hiring stupid apathetic teenage employees leaves the customer on the short end of the stick. And this is not the first time at this location. Asked for a chocolate shake...got coconut cream pie. Which Im sure they charged me more for, but who the hell would know since they dont bother giving you a receipt. Im not going to bother calling or driving back, since I recall being around young morons who love making up for their mistakes. All I can do is remember who Im ordering from and triple check for their f__k ups before I drive away next time and advise everyone else to do the same.

The credit card machine is down quite often so one must have cash on hand just in case. Ive had the wrong change given to me and the lady just didnt get the math even after I explained it to her. Got a ridiculous concoction made for me one time after I explained and went over my order 3 times (I kept telling her the price was too cheap for what I was ordering). It was a standard item off the menu and I was using the exact name!!! Ive also witnessed employees yelling at eachother when something wasnt right.

They are a joke they have a Sunday chicken deal going on which includes a drink. When I went up to the window to puck up the order and question it they said it was my fault for not telling them what kind of drinks I wanted at the order board and tried to charge me 9 dollars for drinks. They need to train there people better and how to deal with a situation instead of blaming the customer.

As usual order was wrong. Tried to put comments on Sonic website but it would not take my phone number and wouldnt process without. I ordered a Jr dlx cb with only mayo and pickles add bacon. I got a burger with NO CHEESE and lettuce added to the pickles requested. I cant wait for the new Sonic on 1103 to open and I hope it does not have the same owner!

2/26/09--Got Tater Tots that were deep fried in what tasted like very old grease. They also made a chocolate malt which had a sour taste to it. I couldnt drink it, and I love malts! I dont usually complain, but the food definitely wasnt good. Got the feeling that they were trying to cut costs by using old grease.

Horrible just asked for no pickles and got a dry burger!! Our tater tots were half full after upsizing them!! Is there not any type of management looking over things??? Whoever was taking orders today Sunday 6.25.2017 was extremely rude and completely careless! We love sonic but wont be back to this location!

Ordered chicken sandwich plain and dry, got Asiago chicken I believe with bacon, cheese... luckily had Buns at home. Hot dog bun was so saturated and squashed I could barely eat it, waited a long time food was warm. $16 for Luke warm food that wasnt right???

They can make 398,000 mixes of drinks or so they say, but they couldnt mix cranberry in my fanta? Liars!!!! I hate liars thats worse than star wars killing off han solo knowing damn well it was chewbacca that was supposed to die instead...

Quick service, but what they made up for in speed they lacked in customer service. Our server was pretty cranky to be there on a Friday night, sort of just shoved food at people, and forgot things like ketchup, napkins, and utensils.

I have been sitting in the stall for 30 min. Pressed the button and nothing. Drove all the way back around to the drive thru and still taking forever too get 1 drink that takes 5 seconds to make. Unacceptable.

Just left there... Was wondering why lady asked if I needed and Marinara sauce. I asked for ketchup and mustard. Open my bag they gave me cheese sticks instead of mini onion rings.....

This location is always packed and there is a lot of traffic coming down the road that is trying to beat the light, so be careful when you are leaving or entering the parking lot.

Im not a huge fan of Sonic for their food, but their drink and milkshake selection is phenomenal! Good location with a friendly staff. They have always gotten my order correct.

Very hit and miss, one night in particular, had soggy bun, wilted lettuce, and cold fries, but during the day, Ive had some decent food here.
