Horrible... Just horrible... I purchased a cake 2 days ago.. for Sat Jan 21 2017... They took my number down for what reason... I dont know... I ordered a Harley Davidson logo cake and when I got there it was a stupid scan of a bike. Not what I ordered... It was for 9:30 am and I showed up at 10:15 am.. when I looked at it I was extremely disappointed... It didnt even have writing on it.. no Happy Birthday Nada... And then the lady has the guts to say that it was done... Wtf... This is the last time I do business with this cake. Shop... Never again.... Im so frustrated with this situation.. now I will have to give my dad a crappy cake that I did not order.. uugghhh...

great food, but terrible customer service the old lady in the front is verrrrry rude. does not care what you want on your cake. pretty much either you get the design the offer or dont get it at all. called yesterday to try to place an order for pan de polvo before i could talk she rudely cut me off and put me on hold and never came back to the callll. will never be going back!

We placed an order on Saturday to have a fresh cake for Tuesday. Im sorry to say, but it didnt taste fresh at all. People place orders so the cake can taste fresh. I hope this never happens to us again.
