Im not impressed. The food is average for Sonic (which is actually pretty good), but the service ranges from mediocre to just plain sloppy. I went twice. The first time was during the school day, before the lunch rush. My drink was completely wrong, and the wait for the order-taker and the food delivery were both too long (nearly a minute, and close to 10 minutes, respectively). The second time, this time late Thursday evening, they forgot the fries and tots, had the audacity to ask for my receipt to prove Id ordered them (the order had come out less than a minute prior), and gave no complementary item by way of apology. No sauce for the chicken nuggets, either. These people clearly rely on proximity to the high school for business, because that level of service anywhere else would put them out of business. Two stars for the actual quality of food, IF they get it right.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...Went to sonic to order TWO slushes. After waiting 10 min and pushing the red button TWICE, the male that answered seemed quite rude for no reason and couldnt seem to type in the TWO ORDERS ON THE SCREEN to be charged correctly. After WAITING for about 32 MINUTES, because im a patient man, I noticed other cars pulling up in the spaces next to me getting more than drink orders. The person on the right of me pulls up and within LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES GETS 2 LARGE DRINKS!!! RE-PUSHED THE LITTLE RED BUTTON, WAITED AGAIN AND TOLD THEM "THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND THEY BETTER REFUND MY CREDIT CARD PURCHASE!!! MY LESSON? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely one of the worst establishments around. This is by my house so I would go once a week or so, as a kid I remember loving sonic but just because Sonic allows this establishment to even existence will I not ever be back. Today was the end the past month Ive never got my food within 15 minutes, NEVER! Got it wrong literally half the time and today : ordered, manager says sorry cant hear you, I repeat, he comes out to personally get my order cause he cant hear me, even better, repeat again so Im telling you I know what I said ! I dont eat meat so I get the same thing EVERY TIME! Get home its wrong....again!!!! Never ever will I ever never!!!!!!

7/5/2017 - The last two times we went here their food was greatly improved! Everything was hot, the tots were not old, and the sandwhiches/burgers were amazing. Great job with the improvement Sonic! Im increasing my star rating from 1 to 4, keep up the great work at this location whoever is making this happen! Previous review: If I could give it less than one star I would. We got a Reeses blast and a Waffleberry Master Blast, both had the top 1/4th with goodies in it and the rest of the thing was vanilla, not mixed at all. Not worth the money. Or check it before you leave and have them remake it if its not worth what you paid.

NEVER AGAIN!! My husband and I pulled out and push the red button to order waited approximately 15 minutes and no one answered us so we flagged down one of the employees walking by our car. The nice employee took our order on a pad but yet we waited and waited a total of 35 more minutes. ... flagged the manager down while she was standing outside of a car dealing with yet another dissatisfied customer to ask her where oir food was and asked for our money back. The manager was not very nice about it period beware this will waste your time!!!

WORST SONIC SERVICE EVER... Order one large Tatar Tots and a medium drink. Waited 20 mins but did not get anything. Push the button and inquire about food and they said server is just walking out the door with the food. Waited 10 more mins and still did not get the food. We left after that without food. Went back later to get the ph number to complain about the service , the manager said that he doesnt have the number, just go to the website.

I ordered a number one with tots and an order of fried mots. I tried a tot and it tasted like a mixture of 3 week old burnt fry oil, cleaning supplies and freezer burn. I made the bad decision to try the fried mozzarella and it tasted the same. I had not eaten all day and was hopeful that the burger would be edible but no. I have been to this location and had decent food before. I hope this is not a trend.

Stay away from this location!!!! They are ridiculously slow and now this morning they told me I should tell the new people the right thing when I order. I am a very customer service oriented person, I am very understand ing of new ppl. But it was the MANAGER telling me I ordered wrong after I pointed out to her the pricing per their menu board!!!! This lady is always rude!

Good grief. The first time I came here, I waited forever for a simple fountain drink. This is my second time at this location and as I write this, I have waited 25 minutes for a kids meal that Ive already paid for. They are refusing to answer my pages on the intercom for my request for my money back.

I have never seen a sonic so slow!!! Seriously. .. then you look in there and see people just standing around. The quality is horrible. .. and tell me how when I order monerella sticks they dont put ranch or any sauce . .come on sonic step your service up. Someone needs to get a new manager. .

They have a big problem with their pricing. Itll say a certain price with items included, and then when you make the order, they charge extra for those "included" items. Its happened to us a few times already that weve had to ask for a manager to get the price fixed.

The food is okay and the shakes are great. The staff is very slow, half of them have no idea what buttons to push when you order something that you can clearly see on the menu and having someone sick bring me my food was just wrong.

The worst customer service experience! Went the children that work there never answered my buzz, but they sure had time to play and chat with two people in the car next to me. Stay away from thus location!

How about a spoon with the shake? Wow. What a concept. Not to mention the fact that I waited 10 minutes to get the shake with only 1 other car there. Now I have wasted 10 minutes of my time and $3.78.

Horrible service. Lid wasnt on the banana split all the way so it spilt everywhere in the car and when i asked for napkins the kid looked at me like i was stupid. Will never go here again.
