The guy with beard was very rude 2nd time and a cheater. So, I have to write the review. He need to get fired if they want more business. Very bad attitude. I like cold stone ice cream very much but I will never go there with that kind of attitude and cheater in quantity. I would go to the location at 1604 and 281. They have great service and no cheater.

Love cold stone, this location mused the mark though. Very messy. Ice cream cups and spills on every table and most of the floor, and the portions here are not as big as other locations Ive been to. Its possible they had just gotten through a rush so if our when I return Ill amend this rating accordingly.

We went the around 8pm on Fathers Day, and they were out of all flavors of ice cream except chocolate. The dining area was very dirty, and the temperature was warm in the building. It was our first time, the ice cream was average, but very expensive. We wont go back.

Absolutely amazing service my very first visit. The two employees working there had great customer service to the point where I was already waiting to go back again. I could have walked out of there with no ice cream and still given this a 5 star rating

Review based on price. Over priced in my opinion. $6.50 for a small ice cream with caramel, heath bar, almonds, and coffee ice cream. Good service, just not worth it for the $$ though. Go buy the same ingredients for a lot less and do it yourself.

RUDE! Had planned on buying from this establishment and my wife and I had an encounter about the restroom by a bald goateed man who worked there. If you didnt plan on having a public restroom, why build it! First AND last time in there.

Easy to find and clean. This location does NOT offer a kids scoop or size anymore, not sure if this corporate decision or for this location. Either way a smaller option for children NEEDS to be offered.

Theres not much to said when you really like ice cream. Cold stone had been always one of my favorite place. My favorite strawberry blonde. Why not 5 star they need to improve the clean on the table.
