I believe three stars is average and to get more than that requires requires exceptional skills to take the customer pallet and service to a whole new level. Sonic is a great fast-food restaurant providing typical American fare and comfort foods at very reasonable prices. Their drive up and drive through is quite efficient. Out door eating is almost non-existent.[ Staff is friendly. Public restroom are very difficult to locate.

Im not kidding...I dont understand why I come back...every time my order is messed up! Every. Single. Time. Its close to my house and convenient but its just not worth going back to this place. Ive received wrong drinks, messed up orders and even got denied my change because it was just 13 cents. I feel like no one checks te orders before they bring them out no matter if theyre busy or slow. I wont be back.

Hoooooly wait time, especially considering it was only drink orders! After giving up on waiting at the drive thru because noone was saying anything I drove into a spot where I sat and sat and sat. I noticed a "now hiring" sign so maybe its just understaffed. Regardless will not return for awhile.

Only reason you should go here is if you are a broke high-school student, Otherwise go to the DQ down the road. The people that work here dont give a crap about the customers whatsoever, which results in messed up orders.

The worst Sonic Ive ever been to. They are close to my house and they are consistentlyb bad. Even the drinks are bad. Now Im paying the price for a blt that didnt taste quite right. Stay away from this place.

This location has improved greatly, it used to be slow, rude workers. But now its really good, the orders dont take long anymore and the staff is friendly. Im excited to try their new transformers slushes.
