As soon as I walked into this store I fell in love with many of the dresses but sadly my being picky left me overwhelmed until a consultant came to my rescue within the first 5 minutes of entering the store. She showed me all of the dresses that fit my specifications and I refused to try on anything until my mom and the consultant convinced me to try on and I wound up buying the most gorgeous dress for my prom. I had a great experience and everyone in the store made me feel like a princess so to say the customer service was amazing is an understatement. I bought on Wednesday and have been recommending The Dress Shop to all of my friends and I will be coming back next year for my Senior Prom.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY First, my fiance went to pick up her mothers dress and the assistant manager spilled red soda all over the dress. No I am not kidding. Luckily she was able to apply water and alcohol to get the color out before it stained. Did not offer a discount or reimbursement of any sort. Second, my fiances bridesmaids went to pick up their dresses only to find that the store ordered the wrong dresses. After calling and telling them that, they stated "sorry, no refunds" and offered to order new dresses for the additional cost of the dresses. Horrible experiences. DO NOT chance ruining your important event because of their mistakes. Shop elsewhere.

Great service! Their alterations are quick and inexpensive compared to other places I have been. They offer payment plans and layaway for any of their dresses. They also have good deals on buying more than on dress if youre trying to find wedding or quince dresses. Highly recommended finding your dress here. They have a wonderful selection.

Really nice dress shop with alot of selections to choose from. They even carry designers like Jovani, Rachel Allen, Mori Lee, Blush, Terrani, just to name a few. The employees are nice and will try to help you find the dress you want. If they dont have it in store, they will special order it for you. Recommend this place!

I was very happy to stumble upon this store. I was l astounded at the various options of beautiful dresses. I came on to the mall that day trying to find the perfect prom dress and I found it here. The employees helped me and are very eager to please and so kind! I would definitely recommend this place to people I know.

Outstanding customer service! We were looking for prom dresses for my little sister all over town and they were the only ones who were able to order the dress and expedite the shipping so that shed have it ready on time for prom. They even had it delivered several days before the promised date.
