If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is absolutely by far the worst experience Ive ever had while shopping. I placed my order in June because I knew most places take about 3 months to receive the dress. They told me it would be here this month (November )so I figured that is more that 3 months there is no way it wouldnt be here, so they handed me a recipe that said to pick it up in November which I did, I went in and asked if the dress was here. As soon as I asked I got confronted by the "manager" its like she was expecting me to go in. And right away she stated "your dress is not here", I showed her the note they had given me and it was obvious she didnt care about my event or the fact that I already had a photoshoot scheduled. With a snarky tone she told me "I can give your money back" I told her I didnt want my money back I wanted my dress, she replied that she didnt care and that there was nothing she could do. I told her i could sue them for making me waste so much money (on the dress and photoshoot) and time (because most places need at least 3 months in advance) and my event is in December, her reply was "do whatever you want, I dont care" and proceeded to yell at me in front of other costumers telling me "this was her store and she could do whatever she felt like doing there" like some ghetto person in the street. I have never encountered that amount of unprofessionalism, irresponsibility, and rudeness. I wish I knew who the owner was so I could advice them on the type of management that is running this store. Now Im looking for a place that will be able to order my dress with this short amount of time before my event and in the process of speaking to my lawyer. I would hate for anyone to go through the stress and level of disrespect as I did, if you can look somewhere else.

I purchased my wedding dress at Alamo Bridal and my first experience was wonderful purchasing with Yadi. Once the dress came in, thats where the nightmare started. The lady fitting my dress to alter it pinned it up and I asked the back not to be touched, just the hips and the bottom. When I got the dress back for my first fitting it wouldnt even zip (was too small by almost 2 inches) so we scheduled another fitting to come back the following week in which they guaranteed it to be done. We went back (40 minutes each way) and this time it zipped but was so tight it looked awful so we made another appointment the following week. 4 appointments later I had a dress that didnt fit, had random pieces of lace (that didnt match) sewn into the top and a zipper that was moved and would no longer lay flat. We wanted a new dress because at this point this dress looked like it came from a chopping block. We asked for the owners number but were told they didnt live in town so when we demanded it, the gentleman at the store gave us a number which rand directly back to ALAMO BRIDAL! We ended up leaving with the same style of dress but the sample one (that Yadi had to go get from a Bridal show) and no alterations on the new one. They only would refund HALF of my alterations cost and now Im looking at $700 in new alteration costs (with a different alteration company of course) because I have to get it rushed and done within a week. Long story short, I left with a sample dress which I had to pay full price as if it was ordered brand new and not hauled all around San Antonio and only half of my alterations money back. Just wanted everyone to be aware that my $1500 dress has now turned into over $2550

Let me just start off by saying This is my Baby sisters Quinceañera. I have been in contact with Yadi since February 23rd through phone calls and text. I thought it was great customer service because she was very informative and would answer my questions.I finalized on the style of Quinceañera package on that Day, and i placed my order and paid on the items and asked for changes on the items I purchased. She tells me that everything is going to be ordered the way I asked. I get a call Monday 05/08 at 4:11 pm. Yadi leaves a messge stating my package had arrived. I head over on 05/10 to go pick up my package and she tells me that items I ordered for my sisters Quinceañera are not what I had ordered. I get there to see the items and the Stiching is horrible the jewels looked like they were hot glued. not to mention the stones look like Dollar General jewels. But she raises her Voice and starts being very rude. and states she calls me twice on Monday leaves a message saying my packages arrived, but fails to tell me the items dont look like what I ordered . Mind you I have been in contact with this woman since February. Wouldnt you of known in March or April that my items werent going to look the way I ordered them. DONT YOU THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER... Now my Sister is the one to pay for this horrible person that did not do her job.!!! Her Quinceañera is a month away and I have to look for a solution, last minute... THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUISNESS!!!!!

So...my wedding is in a week. My groom partys tux was bought and paid for at another Bridal shop and Ive been calling them for three days, they havent returned my calls. I go to this other bridal shop today to find out the status and it turns out the bridal shop has been seized by the State of Texas for nonpayment of State taxes. So Im out all the money and no tuxedos. WHAT?!?! After I was finished freaking out, I hauled butt to Alamo Bridal and Pete told me not to worry, they will take care of my situation. He managed to calm me down...take my measurements and will have my tuxedos in on time. Unfortunately my party is still out the money from the initial rentals, but Alamo Bridal is coming through taking care of my situation by giving me a great price since Im also a veteran and my wedding is saved... I cant thank you enough Alamo Bridal. If youre getting married I highly recommend this place. Veteran friendly.
