My daughter bought her bridal gown from here, as well as the bridesmaid’s dresses. The bridal dress was absolutely beautiful, and she looked lovely in it. However, we had a lot of trouble with the bridesmaid’s dresses, and the customer service thereafter. When the bridesmaids dresses came in, they were a very dull lackluster grayish black with a hint of blue, instead of the beautiful vibrant navy blue that she saw in their catalog. When my daughter ordered the bridesmaid dresses, she was not shown a swatch. Though the owner Roman, as well as his employees ARGUED with me until no end that she was shown a swatch. She was not! But even if she was shown one, the swatch we were LATER shown AFTER the order, did NOT at all match what the dresses looked like in front of us. They tried justifying it by using excuse after excuse. First they said it matched the swatch. Though a couple of their own employees agreed with me that it did not match. Then they told me that my daughter and I should have known that what we see on the catalog will not be the exact color we get, because all computers show variations of the color. After many calls and back and forth futile discussions with the owner to replace them a few weeks prior to her wedding, he was rude, arrogrant and would not budge on replacing the dresses due to their error! I told him my daughter was crying because she hated the dresses, but that did not help. Some of the bridesmaids, who had already picked the dresses up, took a loss when we had to quickly rush a whole new order of bridesmaid’s dresses at another business, Shangri-La Dresses. The others who had just dropped down a deposit, lost their deposit, and left their ugly dresses there upon my request. The owner Roman, never even considered a discount or full refund for the dresses, and said it was too late to put in another order. Thankfully, Shangri-La ended up getting all of the dresses with such a short notice, and they ended up being more beautiful and much more vibrant in color as the mess we got at Bridal Connection. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Maybe for the bridal gown only, as they had beautiful bridal gowns.

WOW! I have to admit, I was very skeptical about buying my bridal gown from a mall store. I have dreamed about my wedding since I was a little girl, as well as the experiences that come along with it like shopping for my wedding dress! I love watching Say Yes to the Dress and all I wanted was that magical experience with my bridesmaids and family. Viva did not let us down! We were welcomed to our appointment and although we were waiting on one more girl, we were not rushed at all. Viva took her time with us and let each of the girls pick out a dress for me to try on. She pulled veils, belts, and sleeves to go with the ones we loved just like the "jack it up" experience on TV. When I put on my last gown, the one we all were waiting for, she turned down the lights and I came out to a happily tearful bridal party. It was a wonderful experience! At the end when we were purchasing the gown, the owner himself came to congratulate us. You could tell they loved what they do there. Not only did they do a great job with our customer service, but the salon had high end designer dresses for great prices! I got my dream David Tutera gown under budget! I could not be happier with how it all worked out. I HIGHLY recommend visiting The Bridal Connection. They blew me away! (And I am pretty picky lol) One more thing I would recommend that I did was to give a way for your party to score the dresses. I got mini chalkboards for each of the girls so I could see how they ranked the dresses. This made it fun and easy for me to tell who liked what gowns and was a fun touch!

I had the most amazing experience at this store! I visited the store in June (of this year) to begin trying on dresses. When I arrived, I noticed they did not have the dress that I had seen online (maggie sottero), but they were helpful and did not hesitate to begin pulling dresses that were very close to the style I wanted. I was a little nervous going in because I read negative reviews and did not know what to expect. Contrary to what I read, I received top of the line customer service. Once I began trying on dresses, Neti helped me with hair accessories and veils that matched up with the dress. I felt comfortable with the staff and knew that they truly cared about my wedding day. They asked me about my wedding colors, wedding style, location, and even shared helpful advice. Needless to say, I ended up ordering a dress (which Ive never even seen) from them. While I was checking out, I expressed to Trishawn that I was worried about the fit of the dress and other things that could go wrong with the dress, and she reassured me that they would do anything possible to make sure everything goes smoothly. At that moment, I knew I was in good hands. To receive service like I did at Bridal Connection is a blessing, and I would recommend anyone looking to have a trusting, sincere, honest, caring, and sincere bridal consultant to visit their store. They are wonderful!!! And as picky as I am, I cannot find one thing about my visit to complain about. I looked forward to seeing them again once my dress arrives in October. Katie R.

I gave my bridesmaids a more liberal approach to picking out their dresses with a few guidelines to follow and one had gone to Bridal Connection to shop around. I live in a smaller town with not as many options and when she sent me a picture of the dress she wanted, I asked about the wedding dress options they had. Angelita was the one helping her and quickly answered any questions that were being relayed to her over the phone. She even gave me a website and model numbers for me to look at anf brought out the dresses jn stock so my bm could take pictures. It quickly turned into scheduling an appointment for the next week. I went yesterday and it was nice clean and welcoming shop (though the inside temp was a bit warm to be trying on dresses). Angelita was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. I was looking for a specific type of dress and I was honestly really hoping to try on the dress I saw online, fall in love with it and be done. Of course it didnt go that way. We looked at several options until Angelita suggested I go with a dress and get it altered the way I wanted it. We talked about how some dresses could be cut in length and order matching meterial to add on sleeves. She was even able to call the seamstress to come talk about the alterations. In the end, I ended up buying a dress and I cant wait until it comes in to start the alterations.

Angelita Sorensen with Bridal Connection at Stone Oak has gone above and beyond this past year helping me find my dream wedding dress. She has been communicating with me via countless emails trying to fit my needs. I have tried on over 50 dresses at many different stores but I always came back to Bridal Connection. Angelita would always update me when new arrivals came. She even put together a quote for me on how much a custom dress would cost, and gave me other options to stay in my budget. After going back and forth between Bridal Connection and other stores Angelita would not give up on me. I have changed my mind so many times and said yes to so many dresses. I have had so many changes in my bridal party, I have also changed my bridesmaids dresses. But NOT once did she ever show any frustration or unwillingness to help. Angelita always had a pleasant smile on her face and was always ready to assist. She always had ideas, I felt like she really connected with me and really knew my wants and needs. I ordered my wedding dress, my veil, my mothers dress, my bridesmaids dresses and my flower girls dresses with Bridal Connection at Stone Oak. Bridal Connection is a One-Stop shop, they have everything that you may need and the staff is always friendly. My wedding is only 2 months away and I am so excited that I was able to find my dream wedding dress.
