I was not impressed at all- I took $400 worth of plain white polyester tablecloths recently purchased from CV linens and many sundry decorations to resell to this shop. There were 24 glass candleholders, six glass vases, three purple table toppers, four big LED lanterns, six metal reserved signs, and other misc. items. They offered me $100. I took everything back, as any reasonable person would do. I had been expecting no less than $300. The owner, Amy, was not very personable. There was one nice employee who seemed slightly embarrassed. They were playing music with curse words, which I found bizarre in a professional environment. The shop had some nice stuff, but much of it was cheap and homemade. The dresses had exorbitant prices, and I did not see many new styles. My advice: dont waste your time. Check them out if you were going to visit a thrift store anyway.

If youre applying to work here. Dont. I barely worked there for a month and i was terminated for being "argumentive". Through TEXT. Never sat down to talk to me about my flaws so I could improve more. I was willing to learn but they didnt have the patience to teach their employees. The only time was when I thought I was very good. They gave a book to learn the styles of wedding dresses because they told me my customer service good and i got along with the brides. Then out of the blue I was terminated in a group text saying "it just wasnt working out". Didnt even give me a valid reason which is total crap. Managers and the owner are extremely unprofessional with their employees AND customers. Dont even have the guts to confront you personally to make you a better associate. They just terminate you.

From the moment I walked in , needless to say I was very nervous, undecided, and completely lost!! BUT THAT SOON CHANGED, I was so quickly greeted and the very sweet consultant/saleslady started asking what my preference in styles for wedding dresses were, (as I had mentioned I was dress shopping) we then were led to a beautiful selection of all types of gowns! Everything was such a reasonable price some, 1200 dresses for only 300 even less and had 15% on top of that already low price!! I was then lead to a dressing room and had 10-14 dresses to try on, I felt like a princess

Very good selection with a constantly rotating stock. Prices were well below retail and the staff was amazingly helpful. Whether you are booking a large rental with tables, chairs, linens, etc or just looking for decor... This is the place to go. They truly are a one stop shop for a bride and groom, and there is even a tux rental shop next door!

Amazing Service! Ask for Jennifer, she is so helpful. Wait for it..there is even better pricing! I cant believe that almost all the dresses are below $500! I found a modern dress for $250! Thank you Once Upon A Bride!!!!!!!!!

This store no longer sells decor, but only sells dresses. Additionally, all of their dresses are old styles (totally 80s and 90s!) and so are their shoes. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

This store has re-opened! They have a better selection of bridesmaid dresses, wedding dresses, and formal wear! It is the only bridal store in Austin that sells wedding dresses below $500! Crazy!

Just overall bad experience. Weekend crew as they called themselves could care less whether or not we were helped. We came to spend money and they just told us to come back next week.
