Bella Bridesmaid offers a discount for the wedding party for those who purchase a wedding gown through Bella Bride Boutique. For this reason we went to Bella to look at bridesmaid dresses. They have a variety of different designers and were able to find a couple with the color we were looking for. We went with several different Wtoo styles for my bridesmaids to choose from and were excited that there were Bella Bridesmaid salons in multiple cities close to my friends to accommodate us. Unfortunately most of the shops did not have the dress styles that we were looking for and they were unable to try on their dresses prior to ordering. For the most part measurements were accurate, but 2 of the 5 dresses were the wrong size when they arrived. Thankfully it was nothing that could not be fixed with alterations, though I wish there had been more time for my friends to accomplish this. Despite stating that our dresses would be in by the 5th of May, they arrived more than two weeks late and without any communication from the shop. Even when I called they said they would have to investigate it, and then got back to me several days later when they said the dresses arrived. Overall the communication was not great and I would hesitate to choose them again. Ultimately my bridesmaids looked beautiful in their dresses, which is what really matters!

Didnt have the best experience. Dresses were poorly made from the vendor. Out of the 9 dresses that were ordered, 6 of them did not fit and/or were poorly made. The day of the wedding, one of the dresses zippers split, mind you, the dress was 2 SIZES TOO BIG! This is after being issued a 2nd dress, because the 1st one didnt fit, and it arrived 3 days before the wedding and didnt have time for alterations. You can tell the dress was rushed to be remade. I went to Bella after a friend used them for her wedding and I regret that decision with all that I have in me. Service regarding poorly made dresses was unacceptable and lacked any kind of remorse or ownership. I understand that Lauren did not make the dresses but her lack of customer service about the dresses is my issue.

Bella Bridal got all the bridesmaids measurements for their Alvina Valenta dresses. They are 5-6 sizes too big...huge! They will not make it right and we now have to pay an additional $60. per dress for alterations, in addition to the $250. sale price. The owner slipped and told me she had had this problem before. Their veracity is not only in question, but they were deliberately deceitful. I was a calm Christian, but I did let the owner know I was dissapointed and would be rating them on the internet.

I worked with Lauren the stylist and she was very knowledgeable and helpful will our dress selections. She took her time showing us all the different designers, while adding in helpful tips on how to select our dresses. The turn around time was exactly what I was told. We are happy with the customer service and the quality of the dresses.
