I was a groomsmen about two years ago and rented a suit from them. When they wanted a deposit from months in advance, so I just paid the bill in full to save me the trouble of paying again layer. When I returned the suit, they insisted I pay for it again. Without thinking, I handed them the card. I immediately realized my mistake and she refused to reverse the charge, saying they had no record of it being paid. I pulled up my credit card history on my phone and showed them the record of full payment. They still refused. I went to the bank and got them a signed history. They asked to keep it; I refused. No need for them to have my entire banking history for two months. I finally had to contact my bank and open a fraud claim to get the double charge reversed. They then called the bride told her Id refused payment!

I was very disappointed with the customer service. My sister went to your store in search of a wedding dress and through the whole appointment it felt like we were a huge inconvenience for the staff, not to mention their unfriendly attitudes and lack of product knowledge. I was not impressed at all and will not be recommending them to any of my friends. I am in customer service myself and we live by the motto "its not how you treat customers, its just how you treat people" that is certainly not the type of people I want to surround myself around again.

My daughter and I had a scheduled appointment for what was supposed to be a joyful and exciting day, after all you are looking for a wedding dress for the most exciting and important. day of your life. We were very disappointed in our experience. We were placed in an area with about 20 girls trying on prom dresses and even though the young girls helping tried to help the lack of professionalism and experience was truly evident. We unfortunately will not be purchasing a dress at bridal images.

I rented a tuxedo and had no problems what so ever. The staff was very helpful and the price was reasonable. They had to do a little bit of adjustment on the pants but they had me in and out! I will be recommending these ladies in the future
