While I cannot speak for the quality of their dresses (i was never able to enter their shop), I can say that their phone manners and customer service leaves much to be desired. I called with some questions and felt very disrespected by the lady on the phone and frankly I felt like I was being an inconvenience to her, wanting to see some dresses! So I read some great reviews on another shop in Minot and from the first phone calll they were SOO helpful and polite and I hope I can buy my bridesmaids dresses through this other shop as well because the customer service was just outstanding. If only the staff at Bride To Be cared about their cutomers....they could have have made some great sales with me, it was the rudeness on the phone that got me looking for other shops so thank you Bride To Be, you helped me find my dream dress at a great shop!

I like the brands pretty dresses for such a small store and they were nice but you she does not seem to discount floor samples. They also need a more experienced alterer when she said what she couldnt do. I went to a store in Minneapolis called The Wedding Shoppe and got my Mori Lee floor sample half off :)
