So I am a Stay at home who went to the this place for my Husband to pick up a few supplies to do some renovations. I was greeted by the Owner Robby. He seemed nice and helpful at first but little did I know his intentions were mislead.He kept trying to look down my shirt and kept trying to act like he was grabing something to show me and rubbed on me!!!. He made lewd comments at women who walked into the store. He proceeded to ask me personal questions like if i was married and when I said I was he then asked me "If i was happy because he could change that if not." I have never in my life experienced this kind of behavior in public. Had to convince my husband not to go up there. All I have I have to say is SKIP THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!

Whoever the "older" gentleman is that answers the phone is RUDE and very unprofessional! I also believe in shopping small business, but when you call to get the store hours and he just says "6:30" and you ask, what time in the am, do you open and what is your weekend hours and he sternly says "well who is this"??? I COULD HAVE BEEN a customer that commutes to far N Dallas and needs to know your hours because I need some plumbing supplies...Cannot stand rude customer service. That is my business, CSR and If I were rude, my job would be on the line!

RC Hardware was my go to place since they have opened. I just moved away so I have to find another go to. They are a small, family owned business with pretty good prices, fantastic service and great location. I cant forget to mention the notary service, Robby went out of his way to assist me in a dire notary situation....Thank you Sir. I will miss you guys, thanks for being so awesome to Max (my black lab)all those years.

First and foremost, I believe in supporting our local businessmen and women. Keep that money circulating through our local ecomony...help your neighbor first! Robbys usually got aything you need to save you a trip to town for the big stores, plus, if he doesnt have what youre needing in stock, hell do what he can to order it for you. Good people, indeed!

The ladies there were polite, but the gentleman of the store was rude, condescending, and not very hygienic. While I love supporting local business, Id rather go to the Wal-Mart that just sprung up next door.
