This may be Krogers smallest store in my area. It has, nonetheless, been my go to store for regular grocery shopping for almost 9 years now. The prices are good, and I enjoy the routine discounts I receive from being a rewards member. A discount of about 10% at checkout is my typical experience. Despite occasional frustrations with the disappearance of favorites over the years, the variety is good, and the shopping experience is pleasant. The addition of smaller shopping carts a couple years ago was a welcome discovery. These are so convenient for quick trips without the trouble of hand-carrying a heavily loaded basket. Management has always attempted - and usually successfully - to find ways to provide items I purchase but which have been dropped from regular inventory. Yeah, I"m happy with my neighborhood Kroger.

One of the worst Kroger stores I have ever been in. Regularly out of items (in the past few weeks they have been out of hot dog buns and pumpkins on two separate trips) and close-dated & expired items (a whole chicken sold past date that stunk when I opened it, I started paying closer attention to my dates after that and have set several items aside for them to find), also need to watch the frozen items here since I have found evidence of melting & re-freezing. Tonight we pulled in to get fuel and there were two attendants working the station but neither one could cashier for our cash transaction.

Rude Manager, they hate Couponers, act as thou your stealing from them. Made all employees sign that they wouldnt accept coupons from customers, seriously we give coupons to our elderly, and to single parents who appreciate our help. We give to local charities and families in need. Kroger should be glad we shop at there stores, they humiliate they workers to make them feel like, accepting coupons is some sort of embarrassing job and the manager just walks around with his smug nose up in the air looking at them as if they are doing something they could get fired over. So sad.

This Kroger is what I call old-school. I practically remember it being built! It is small, but convenient for nearby neighborhoods. It has been consistent over the years, with great service. Some of the employees that are there now (Dec. 15) have been working at this Kroger since day 1! Their florist section is nice, if you need something last-minute. Their produce section is fresh and reasonably priced. Customer service is great, and check-out time is relatively quick.

Love this Kroger! Amazing customer service! I shop here frequently. The manager has come up to me on multiple occasions and personally asked how I was doing and if he can help with anything, something that has never happened to me at a different grocery store. Very friendly! Deli meats and cheeses are also on point! Ask for Jane, shell fix you up real quick and give you suggestions of whats good. Happy customer!

I called several Kroger stores around the area to see if they could put together a party platter for an unexpected gathering that came up that same day. Everybody I called said they needed a 24-hour notice. I called this location and Michael was so nice. He said they would make it work and he even called me back to see if I wanted two different types of turkey instead of one. True customer service!

Always love shopping at Kroger because frankly it beats Walmart in terms of a calm atmosphere and unlike Walmart you wont have endless headaches dealing with staff or other shoppers causing commotion and other mishaps. Everything you need is in the store and thankfully their self checkouts are always working and they always have staff around to help if you ever need it.

Better of the grocery stores in the immediate area. They have a good selection, clean layout and plenty of stock. My only complaint would be the fresh produce, often if we do grocery shopping on Sundays, we find much of the produce has been picked over. We try and do the grocery shopping early Friday when it seems they have stocked the freshest produce.

This is where I do all my shopping. I go no where else. Got great customer service. Love the deli, bakery, pharmacy! I get fuel points to save on gas and do the surveys on the receipt. Only downfall is they do not have the best shopping carts but what store does. Hopefully Kroger sees this review and gets better carts for this location.

As Krogers goes. Its an okay store. Always clean and of well well laid out. But I still prefer shopping at the Greenville store than this one. Even though it does have a Gas station attached to it. Whereas Greenville does not. There is one near the Greenville location. BUT Its not a Kroger station.

A good location, nothing special here, just a regular Kroger store. The layout was the same, I didnt get over the top service but it also wasnt awful by ANY means. I bought a sandwich, it was the only one that was wrapped tightly, the rest were a bit loose and made me nervous about buying.

I felt compelled to comment about the service in this store. The girl that works there in the late evenings is by far the most serviceable and customer-friendly staff member Ive ever come across. She always greets all the customers with a smile and is always eager to help ANYONE in need.

Typical grocery store. Have to say their produce section is kept very fresh. Good selection of fruits and veggies. Good manager specials in the meat section too. The cashiers always recognize my toddler and give her a sticker... which certainly makes loading the car easier! Hah.

It seems to be getting a lot better. Produce was fresh, stocked and priced much more competitive. Fish and meat wasnt stinky, like it has been. Employees were helpful and there was enough checkers. I will upgrade stars if the current level is maintained.

Seriously, this grocery store sucks. Its sooo busy, constantly out of things I came in for. Not in the best neighborhood and just overall will avoid at all costs. Some pros: They carry lots of halal/organic/etc lunch meals that are easy to take away.

Im over this location. It never fails that I end up catching an attitude from one the employees here. I dont understand how corporate lets this go on here. I will go back to driving to the Coit Ave location which is a much better location.
