While most of the employees Ive dealt with are nice, the shelves are never stocked and tracking someone down to get a product from the back is almost impossible. One day the manager actually told me to go in the back and look for what I wanted myself because he was too busy to help. This along with being the highest priced place around is extremely disappointing!!!!

I have great experiences with the younger staff even though they always tend to be understaffed. But today was treated rudely when I asked for assistance with lifting a bag of dog food. Not sure why Porter store seems to stay understaffed when I can drive to Conroe store and have employees asking to help me. Corporate might wanna look into poor management herr

Lady (not going to mension name) at online pick up counter had an attitude problem it seems as she was having a bad day i get those every now and then but that doesnt mean costumer has to feel that tension other than that i got a great price on my tractor tires. Hope shes not always like that but thank you for your help and time!

The employees were "lost" I called before hand to see if they had 4000 psi pressure washer hose I get there its 2000 psi, its half of what I asked... Now Im even more behind schedule because they couldnt tell the difference

hard to find someone to help you at this store. one was on his cell phone. I have a hurt shoulder and needed help loading a bag of feed. but its always like that at this store.

Never in stock with Safeguard for goats ever!!!! Staff is nice, some helpful some not. Couldnt get a straight answer about when getting in safeguard. Found cheaper online.
