I completely agree with Jessica Smith. Same thing has happened to me multiple times before. Which is embarrassing and makes you look like a drug addict or something to anyone around. The only reason I keep going there is they carry a particular brand medication that is more effective that nobody else around has. Also, their hours are terrible; like if your going to keep the store open, keep the pharmacy open as well. Its annoying to see that "CVS closes at 10" advertised online, only to get there and find out that CVS is, in fact, open until 10 but the pharmacy inside CVS closed at 6. I mean seriously what is your company known for... its not the hair care products and birthday cards I guarantee you. To make it worse the actual pharmacy hours are not listed at all on Google and not immediately obvious on CVSs site either. I gave two stars instead of one because the pharmacy staff have always been very nice, I dont blame them for holding my script erroneously, I blame incompetent corporate mgmt. I wouldnt go their if you can help it.

I recently switched pharmacys from another local Tyler store to the CVS beside Barns and Noble because of better hours. I went by and left my insurance information and days later I called in my first script. Then two days later showed up to the CVS store to pick up my script. Well, when I went to the counter to pick up my script i was told that they had no record of my order. Then after I reminded them we had called it in two days prior it took them another 15 minutes. Then I was told to return in a hour and they would have it filed. I returned 3 hours later. I waited for 25 minutes because they had filed it under my first name. The clerks in the Pharmacy did not appologize at all for missplacing my script. This is bad customer service. I will not do business with this store again and have found another pharmacy to take my business. As part of the media I cant believe the lack of customer service these days!!

The Worst experiences ive ever had! I went to the drive thru last week to pick up my Prescriptions for the 3rd Time that day they had been there for 2 days and they ask me to pull back around. And I lost it turn the truck off and them em I didnt care who was behind me I wasnt moving! And they had some man come ask me to move and I tell him they didnt have much Time to fill my prescriptions because I was fixing to come through there window! Im done dont need em and not ever going back!

Im seriously wondering if they read the prescription directions. They are constantly putting my medicine on hold saying its "too soon" when it absolutely is not. If you read it then you would know it is BID not once daily! This happens a lot.
