My girlfriend and I went in because her phone wasnt working properly. The associate that "helped" us only told us about options for buying new phones, but her upgrade wasnt available yet so he immediately lost interest in helping us. He didnt offer us any solutions and didnt even look at the phone until I commented that he didnt even try anything. We took the phone to Cole Cellular and they were much more helpful and they got her phone working.

Went in to see about having my broken iPhones number forwarded to my other phone. Its a business phone and I cant be without it. The young lady was lost and said that it was impossible, that it had to be done from the device. 35 minutes on the phone with an AT&T rep (who was very helpful) ...... And my AT&T phone is now forwarded to my verizon S5. Going to an AT&T store for support is useless.

The brown manager is a jerk, He threatened to call the cops if I didnt leave the store, all because I wanted to return a iPhone that I had just bought, a few hours earlier. What a loser, to treat paying customers like this. Ive been with them for 17 years, well not anymore bc of low life. I wish I knew his name, might be David.
