I love Target, but my latest run here took for.e.ver! Im thinking they just hired a bunch of new people for the holidays, and consequently they dont know anything. There were more registers open than I have ever seen (8-ish versus 2-ish) and yet I was in line for 10 minutes before the cashier was having problems and I had to go find another line to stand in for 10 minutes. And there werent a lot of people in line. 3 shoppers at most in each line. When I was finally checking out, the guy rang me up for 3 boxes of diapers instead of 2 diapers + 1 wipes box. So I literally went straight from check-out to the returns desk which had a very long line. Another 15 minutes there. Got to the desk and I just wanted the correct box charged, shouldve been easy. But the girl was doing some kind of return that made no sense. I asked if she could just correct the error and refund me the difference? Anyway, a more experienced lady came over and helped her out and I was on my way. What should have been a 20 minute trip was an hour.

Reviewing based on the pharmacy customer service. I usually go to the Target Humble (hwy 59 bypass) and compared to this one it is considerably smaller and they are usually super busy and only have 1-2 people working (rarely have I seen 3 people). There when they give you a wait time it is ALWAYS ready at that time (most times its ready BEFORE). I have been sitting at this pharmacy for 45 minutes now (given a waiting time of 15 minutes). There are 6 people behind the counter and when I went to check to see if my prescription was ready they told me no even tho 4 of them were standing in a group munching on snacks and the other 2 were out of sight. As Im typing this they have noone picking up nor dropping off and I hear constant chatter among them (jokes being told, giggling, taunting etc.) 50 minutes now. I would NOT recommend this place. They obviously dont value customer service AT ALL

Misinformed staff. Customer service would not price match an item sold on Amazon because it said Amazon Prime....They incorrectly think the price of the item (iPhone case) was price lower because it was Prime and to get that price it requires a membership, not true. Anyone can log on to Amazon and purchase the case for that price.....All Prime membership gets you is free 2 day shipping, but that listed price is good for anybody, regardless of prime membership. Obviously, someone in management is confused and misinformed. This policy will without a doubt hurt Target sales, unfortunate. I went to Best Buy to purchase the case and they didnt even bat an eye.

So I really enjoy shopping at Target. This particular location is just okay. There is your typical Super Target fare (grocery section, electronics, games, seasonal, etc). However the restrooms never seem to be clean, they always appear short staffed, and about 1/3 of the time I visit this store it is in a bit of disarray (clothes on the floor, not stocked with appropriate grocery items, beauty aisle disheveled, etc). If it were a cleaner store and a bit better stocked on the shelves, it would be deserving of 4 stars for sure. Not the dirtiest Target Ive ever been too, but certainly not the cleanest either.

Im a huge Target fan and love that this is a full SuperTarget location but its just not managed well. When given the option I would choose the SuperTarget on Townsen and US 59 across from Costco. This location has a really bad problem with out of stocks and there are never enough checkout lanes open. I dont think Ive ever seen more than 2 registers open out of 28 available, usually theres only one open. The employees here really leave quite a bit to be desired. Customer service is not a priority and theyre rarely available to begin with. Come on Target, youre better than this.

I went to register for my baby shower waited in line all smiles and feeling amazing and I get to guest services and she hands me a scanner and says "go nuts". No congratulations, no run down on how to use the scanner, no check list, nothing. If youre looking for a fun and amazing time registering for anything I would not choose here. If I didnt have my sister in law with me I wouldve been clueless because I am pregnant with my first, I know the basics on what a baby needs but not everything that would be useful.

I am writing a review on this store because of the great team of associates. This target store is one of the best stores Ive shopped at since Ive been in Texas. Ms. Alma makes you want to shop because she has a very pleasant attitude and always eager to assist the customers. I love talking with her and seeing her smiling face. When Im unable to find a product she makes sure she finds me the right sales associate to assist me. Thanks Ms. Alma, and keep up the great work. :)

This target is usually not crowded but theres always a line for the cashier. They recently installed self checkout but they are never in operation. This stores selection is more limited than those in Houston or even the one by 59 and the shelves are not well stocked. For example, gallons of distilled water are out of stock for more than a week when theres no risk of any hurricane.

Never anybody on any of these lanes. You have 24 lanes not including the self check outs and theres only 2 open as usual. Terrible terrible. Had to ask the pharmacy ladies where to find a few things because there is nobody on the floor or the people who are dont have the time to show you where to go, just somewhere else to run around like a chicken with your head cut off!

Target will always be a step ahead of other retailers when it comes to making it convenient for shoppers to find whatever they need. I love the fact that they put the clearance items on the end caps saving me time and money to get the deals with out going through each of the aisles. Clean and nice target in the Atascosita area.

Customer service here is the worse. I went to pick up an online order and made a few in store purchases. Daisy the employee had no customer service, she didnt offer to check me out but instead referred me to self checkout. The employee was literally just standing there on her phone at the door. Wont be returning to this target.

This is worst target in Houston area that I have seen. Shelf are Mostly empty and employees are not stocking the frequently used item. The produce is rotten. There are only 1 or 2 cashiers at all time. Why add the self serve if it is never used? What a waste of money and poor management.

Do I really have to give a review for why I love Target? 5 stars because Target is amazing! Home decor and food in one place- dont mind if I do! Drugstore makeup and Starbucks in a one stop shop- PERFECT! Toilet paper AND a new dress- SO MUCH YES! Target is the best!

It is really refreshing to know that we can go to a store and they actually have items in stock. They had everything we needed. The store was clean and no lines on the check out lines as they were properly staffed.
