I love West Elms product but am providing this review on google to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this particular store, not the West Elm brand itself. I used to live in a different state that had one of the most customer service oriented West Elm stores I had ever seen. What a different experience in KC. I recently purchased a light that was discontinued which was cracked. The options I was provided for resolve didnt actually address the root cause of the issue. I requested a different resolve and was never contacted back. Calling a lifelong customer back that is disappointed with their purchase seems like a basic courtesy to me. I can honestly say that even though I have thousands of dollars in West Elm products in my home....this experience is a good lesson in how disrespectful service and poor follow up can make a company lose even the most loyal customer base.

This store specifically is where you want to shop if youre in the Missouri/Kansas area. The manager Christine is the BEST she will go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with your furniture even years later! They are about quality products and quality customer service - you must shop here and buy from them!! Give them your business because they truly are an amazing store, staffed with the best people!

I love going into this store though most of the time I am just window shopping because it can be rather pricey. But they have tons of cute stuff for your home that can accommodate many different styles. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

I love the Mid-Century modern furniture at West Elm. It is great quality and reasonably priced. Sometimes you can buy the floor samples on sale. They also pair with local artists to sell their products in store. I really appreciate that.

You can try a casper mattress here. They do not sell the pillows or bed frame. You should order online for this reason. We love the style, but its usually overpriced for what you get.
