I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from this store. I should have written reviews about my positive experiences. However what showed me the most about this team is the way they solved my problem when I did have one. This is a great store with a great product & a customer oriented team. I will be making future purchases here. I would refer everyone else to do the same.

Took two months to deliver a reclining sofa. One side wont recline. Told me they would be back in a week, but no show, when I called again the gave me an appointment in another two months. ... called store and wrote corporate, and told thats the best they could do. Wont be back to la.z.boy for any thing again.

Didnt know their product, and was extremely hard to even make a purchase. Bought same product at NFM for $200.00 less
