Went in and ordered 2 Bedroom "SETS". Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. When they came for delivery 1 bedroom set was the wrong set and was missing the dresser, mirror and night stand. The other bedroom set was missing dresser mirror and night stand. They brought the lamps! Nothing to put them on. The one set had a broken cap the other set couldnt be put together on the foot board because of poor quality. They left and had no one come to fix it. Spoke with Colin who couldnt care less but said they could bring new stuff in another 2 weeks. Then I spoke with Jason and he made out like he was doing some big favor by letting me wait an additional 2 weeks. He also stated that it was unfortunate that they were not transparent with me. Jason had no solution for me other than paying more money or waiting 2 additional weeks. This was by far the worst purchase experience that i have ever had. Poor staff, poor service, poor product. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Feel free to contact me for pictures. I have more pictures. These dont look that bad. I am now waiting the 2 weeks for Jasons Promise. I will update as this progresses.

This place is a joke. We had our furniture delivered on a Wednesday. That night, we found out the wood piece on the bottom of the couch was broke & the love seat had a scratch & a hole. I called Thursday, Friday, & Saturday and was told each time that somebody would get back to me "ASAP". Didnt receive a call until Monday. The lady apologized & said they could get a new set out that Wednesday. So Wednesday comes & when the delivery guys arrive, they tell me theyre only picking up the furniture, they arent dropping anything off. So I called the store & this lady said it wont be in stock until the end of the month. Clearly there is no communication. I was told Id have a new set of furniture Wednesday, only to find out its not even in stock. Then was told Id get 10% off which I have yet to receive. The whole experience has been absolutely absurd. I even recommended this place to several people after we bought our furniture, but now I will be retracting my positive recommendation.

We ordered furniture from Furniture Deals and the ordering experience went well but when the furniture was being delivered the delivery driver named Rob was the rudest person ever, he wouldnt even try to get my couch into my apartment. He just said it was to big to fit, and said he doesnt get paid to wait 5 mins for my husband to try and help him. We called furniture deals to let them know the situation but they were no help at all. They wouldnt even return our calls and still havent heard anything back about it. The worst company to ever deal with, we will never ever be using this company again. We ended up just buying our furniture from Nebraska Furniture mart, way better service and their delivery drivers were awesome and very considerate. Never use this company just a warning!!

Really great furniture for the money! The sales associate I had was very helpful and quickly picked up on the style and needs of what I was looking for without being overly pushy. Originally I was going to have to wait two weeks for my furniture to be delivered, but luckily it was available within a week. The store notified me of this change and offered to deliver on a Saturday, so I didnt have to take off work. The delivery men were very friendly and did a great job bringing in my furniture with no damage to any of my pieces. I will definitely consider Furniture Deals for future furniture purchases. They have a great range of pieces for reasonable prices, and their sales team and customer service team are both wonderful to work with.

Sales rep was extremely nice and informative. She was very patient with us both times we came into the store to look, answer any questions we had, and stuck with us the whole way. Together her and the manager were able to work with us to lower the price and price match some furniture. Delivery tracking was amazing and lets you know exactly what number on the list you are and what number theyre currently working on. We ordered a king bed set with mattress and a whole living room set, they were in and out with everything set up perfectly in under an hour! I dont think this whole process could have gone any smoother. Thank you to the staff at the Belton, Mo store.

Ok so I really dont give anyone 5 stars because that means perfect and no one is perfect. Moving on, they had the furniture I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I Like many 30 somethings I am working on credit and they will give it to you. Youre an idiot if you do the full lease. Use your "credit" responsibly. I cant knock them for Anything. They furnished my apartment and I dont have a complaint. Remember furniture is big you may have to wait a bit to get it. The staff is nice. Thats all really got. If you dont mind waiting a week or two they are cool. Remember dont be an idiot with your "credit"

Usually I dont leave bad reviews, yet this was necessary. Walked in to have a look around, and thats exactly it; just to have a simple look around. The second we walked through the door, we were immediately pestered and hounded by a very annoying and pressuring little blonde sales girl. Its as if she had been an apprentice of all of the bad car salesmen in the world. She approached us a couple of times, spatting off 20 questions in rapid succession each time, causing a great deal of anxiety. Leave us the hell alone and let us look around, you over priced couch selling vultures.

The whole experience was pleasant. The first time we went in wet said that we were just looking and werent hounded to purchase something. If we had questions someone was always close by to answer and kept a card off the furniture we were interested in. When we actually bought our couch everything went well and got it delivered just a few weeks later. We were given a 3 hour window for delivery then once it got closer we were given a 30 minute heads up. The delivers were nice and made sure everything was correct. I definitely will be going back to get more stuff!

Was all set to give a five star rating until I attempted to call and find out my balance. After letting the phone ring unanswered three times I pressed zero and someone answered. Of course they were in a different location and could not help me. After being to she would send an email I received a phone call a few minutes later. Also that was said is 509.16 I said hello and the voice said again 509.16. I asked what it for she said its for your furniture and then hung up. Guess around the holidays customer service does not seem to be a high priority.

Terrible service and a terrible product. We bought a couch and chair from them not even a year ago and they are both worn like they have had 5 years of use. We are very easy on our furniture as well, no dogs or young children. The products we bought werent top of the line but normal use of a chair and couch shouldnt warrant splitting leather or sunken in cushions. We tried using our warranty but they made excuses in order for them to get out of replacing the furniture. Basically my point is to just stay away.
