So my husband and I bought all of our furniture from them, dining room table and chairs bedroom set living room set, and a leather set for the basement in October we spent over $7000, we had to replace the dining room chairs a week after we got them because they were falling apart and when I called Cargo World the guy said well there isnt a warranty and thought he had hug up the phone but hadnt and called me a dumb bi$%#, fast forward to a week ago my husband sits down on our sectional we bought for the living room we hardly ever use it and he looks over and sees that one of the cushions was never sewed, so we look it all over and find several other spots the same way. Our delivery experience was horrible as well, they sent 2 guys that were over 60 and a 15 year old boy these guys couldnt get the furniture to fit so we had to tear up part of our new house, they knocked our touch screen thermostat off the wall scrapped up one of the walls in our bedroom and had the nerve to wait around for a tip they never received, we ended up buying a new set of furniture for our living room about 2 weeks ago from furniture deals and we love it stay away from Cargo world they are liars and thieves.

We purchased a mattress for about $900, and they put it on hold for us until me were going to move. We recently called them to set up a time for them to deliver the mattress and could not reach anyone to help us figure out where our mattress was. Phones were disconnected and we have had no response via e-mail. They are completely unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to shop with this company. We are still hoping to get our money back, but we shall see.

If I could give less stars I would. Our furniture was held hostage and the only way we ended up with it was because we disputed the charge with our bank. I will never ever do business with them again and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The furniture is vastly overpriced, and the owner blatantly lied on more than one occasion during the transaction.

They moved to Belton, MO. They delivered my furniture banged up. scratched up and the paperwork stated "AS IS".
