The store manager was rude,refused to honor their ad, argued with me over what the ad clearly stated,and removed the toy off of the counter before I had made the choice to purchase it or not. He turned his back on me and walked off to get another toy to show me the first one was priced wrong. It was displayed with the stores custom price stickers and above all...it was a six dollar difference. He even said the add referred to the old toys from last year, as if this one was better than what the ad suggested. He treated me like I made a mistake and clearly became hostile when I dared to question his authority:( This used to be my favorite store. It is located next door to my job,convient to run in and grab a drink or snack on my lunch break,or even goodies for my toddler class at the daycare I work at. Now Im just too humiliated to go back in there. Ive been going to this store for well over 5yrs and am friendly with almost all the cashiers. I feel to work in customer service you need to have a certain amount of hospitality to offer. He sadly,has none:(((

What you would expect. Usually you have a cashier thats not friendly. But, on occasion you get a cashier that is very nice and accommodating. Usually cluttered aisles. But, great prices and great products.
