We ordered a crib when I was 5 months pregnant. We were told 3 weeks for delivery. We also ordered the matching dresser a week later, also told 3 weeks for delivery. I am now 6 1/2 months pregnant, and during that time, JC Pennys has lost the dresser. We called the day after the delivery was to happen and THATS when JC Pennys said they lost the dresser. JC Pennys couldnt even call and give us the update. We had to cancel the order, and reorder the dresser, all the while the crib is waiting to be delivered from the warehouse so that both items can be delivered at the same time. Well, they have found the first dresser that was lost and now has to be sent back to New Jersey before they can send the second dresser. JC Pennys told us this will take another 2-3 weeks. We are highly upset with their customer service. We feel they dont care about their customers or their products they are trying to sell. Where is the quality control? Where is the training of the employees? Is JC Pennys at a point where the dont care about anything?

Very clean and organized; nice-looking store. Merchandise is always readily available, too. The customer service staff, however is very unfriendly—based on two experiences. Neither time was I greeted or did I feel welcome. The associates told me they couldnt return an online order without my JCP Card which is untrue, and they said they also couldnt look-up the card in their system which is also false. The reason they gave was that the store had a new system/procedure. Shortly after, however, I did the same type of return at another store and all they asked for was my signature. They give fast service here, but brisk is probably a better way to describe it.

Poor experience here. The manager was rude about matching the online price for Arizona pants in store, even though online it says "pick up in store for same price". The employee that we went to check out was impatient and checked someone else out while she was "helping us". She was only concerned about leaving at closing. (It was 30 minutes to closing). I will not be coming back to this location.

Every employee is always so rude at this location. They talk to you like a child. The Conroe one is much better but unfortunately I moved out here so Im stuck with this one. The jewlery department is the worst. They are slow and do not know what customer service is.
