At least theyre consistent. Weve been living here for the last two and a half years, and these people cant seem to get it right. 1) While at the Boars head deli, I decided to buy tamales on a whim. I asked for a dozen, and got it. When I get home, I noticed I was charged for twenty. I go to customer service to point out the error, and the asshat just says "How do I know you didnt get twenty". 2) They are bad about not stocking produce. And bad about not removing rotting produce. 3) While the meat market does have a decent selection (I usually make an extra trip to HEB for this), I once asked the butcher for flank steak, which I have bought here before. His reply was "weve never sold flank steak here". WTF do they do with it when they process the cow?? 4) I love this one... There is a 50/50 chance at least one of the items you paid for doesnt make it into your cart after you pay. No less than Five times this has happened to us. The Only reason this got two stars, and not one, is having a Boars Head Deli... when that one moron isnt Fing up your order.

This store SMELLS HORRIBLE and was DIRTY. My daughter and I went 2 nights ago at 2 a.m. to finish Thanksgiving shopping. The smell I have no idea where it was coming from. I have to have riding cart to shop and they were OLD and broke down. I had to change a couple of times before I could find one that was suitable. Where the flowers and plants area was, it looked like it had not been swept in days. The floors were FILTHY!!! We went down the soda isle, got a couple of things then turned at the back of the store and decided we were NOT going to finish shopping in this DIRTY store. Went and checked down each isle. The stockers had thrown all there trash from card board boxes ALL OVER THE FLOOR. NO ONE COULD HAVE taken a grocery cart down 50 % of the isles because of the way they would throw the trash on the floor when they opened up the cases to stock the shelves. The store stinks and is dirty!!! KROGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO EVEN CALL THIS STORE A KROGER!!

Loved the place, just despise the bakery employees! Im a photographer and used Kroger for ordering baby cakes for cake smash sessions. Ive been going for the last 5 months to order my cakes. The last 4 times I showed up at 8:00 am to order a cake (mind you, I dont need it until 5:00 pm for a next day session) and I am greeted with eye rolling, attitude, being told "Im the only one here today." And the last time (8/18) the "bakery manager" took my order with the same attitude. And didnt do what I asked him of the cake! Needless to say, Krogers on Atascocita not only lost me as a bakery customer, but a customer period! What is going on with customer service these days!!! Im so happy to say, I still treated with with the utmost respect and kindness despite the rude attitude they dished out to me!

Dont expect too much from this bakery. I ordered a special cake for my mothers retirement party and they bungled the message so that it made no sense whatsoever. In addition, the writing on the cake definitely showed that it was done by an amateur decorator. Although they redid it while I waited, the repair job was very obvious.They offered no discount or apology, just a curt explanation..."we just wrote what was put on the order form." Of course, the order form was completed by one of their employees, but they insinuated it was my fault for not double checking the form when I placed the order. I guess its my mistake for assuming their employees are competent.

This place is the worst. I wont be going back even though its a mile away from home. Its always something with them. Terrible staff in the evening. Tonight they were closing at 7pm and would not let me in the store at 6:24 pm. Rediculous. Some punk employee was physically blocking the only open entrance saying NO. I drove a couple miles more to the Wal-Mart, which was also closing at 7, where I was able to get my items and left the store at 6:46. I was home before 7 when stupid Kroger was closing. F U KROGER. There are two Wal-Mart grocercy stores in the area as well as the superior H.E.B. so who needs you and your B.S.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this store, I agree with the other gentleman that people reviewing must be overly sensitive. We have lived across the street for 3 years and have gone to the store at all different hours without a problem. That being said, be prepared if you go at 2am because they are stocking shelves just like every other 24 hour store. Ive also ordered from the bakery many many times without a problem. The only "odd" or disturbing things Ive ever witnessed have been from other shoppers.

Undergoing a remodel during my last visit. Its an older store and on the small side compared with newer Kroger stores. Thats a good thing in my book though because it doesnt require a lot of walking to finish your shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful. Produce was all fresh despite the remodel. Meat department had a good selection of meat. Grocery had everything we needed. Not too busy despite being a weekend.

Always a good selection of food, produce, and meat. Quality food and good savings if you have the free Kroger Rewards Card. Staff friendly. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because sometimes they appear to be short staffed and therefore the wait to checkout is longer than it should be. There is a pharmacy and a deli section here. Overall, I really like going to this Kroger for my familys grocery needs.

Im giving it a 4 simply because of EXCELLENT customer service. Theres an employee name Cookie in the meat department. She is one of the friendliest people youll meet in your life. The prices are comparable too. My only complaint would be the carts in the parking lot. Perhaps regularly checking the lot and removing the carts should be implemented.

A lady named Rosario was very rude to my child if she is like that to the customer I think she should be fired and thats not the only person has been very rude a girl who work in the western union center called my child a liar meaning my daughter didnt say anything I dont remember her name but I think it was Casey

Best Krogers to shop at besides the Kingwood store. You can get in and out very quickly, the bakery usually will screw up a birthday cake like they did ours 2 years in a row....but its location and service is very good. The gas is usually kind of expensive, so dont get gas here. But they do carry E85 Ethanol!

I live in the apartment complex next to this store. Some ratings here are done by overly sensitive people. The store is clean. The hot food and cold food provided is fresh and good. The customer service could be a bit better but Id hate dealing with customers like the ones beside me rating it.
