First timer here and it was better than expected. Ordered the matcha green tea ice with mochi but no drizzle and a lychee green tea with boba. The employees were super friendly and gave very good suggestions. I did not order a drizzle for my ice but one employee recommended the condensed milk drizzle with the green tea so I had it put on the side to try. Was very good!! The portions are very generous. I ordered a regular ice and medium tea. The lychee green tea was good too so that was an awesome bonus as dessert seems to be their main thing. Bathroom was also very clean!! Will be coming back!!

I had the strawberry with strawberry and cheese cake topping w/Carmel drizzle. I find it amazing how it looks like shaved ice but is amazingly creamy. I beg to differ from the other reviewer that the strawberry had no taste. It was full flavor and very satisfying. I will certainly be back.

Delicious! I was there two days in a row, shaved ice was amazing! Today went back for a crepe and tea.. it is so good!! Its nice to find a place that offers the bubble tea and does it right! Highly recommend. Will be there for a weekly treat for sure. Place is also very clean and nice.

Great tea and treat options here. The shaved ice is only 250 cals not including toppings. If youre into healthy eating there are not many options that satisfy that sweet tooth without breaking your diet. This place fits! I get my ice cream fix without the ice cream calories.

The ice was like shaved ice and ice cream together very different and very good. I had Mango ice and my husband had Pineapple ice. The place was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I definitely will be coming back very soon.

I love the idea and the concept of this place but I believe it could be better. I had the strawberry flavor and honestly there was no taste to it. I prefer snowy village to be better.

Delicious, simple flavors and great service! The staff was super accommodating and everything was delicious. They also have board games you can play while you wait.

Triple threat of Taiwanese snow ice, crepes, and boba. This is also the most aesthetically pleasing dessert store ive seen in a while in Plano/Dallas.
