I love Cold Stone Creamery but this location is subpar. It took me 3 or 4 times explaining what I wanted (coffee and sweet cream ice cream with heath) and the girl seemed to get irritated with me when I corrected her because I saw she was making my ice cream wrong (I did it nicely and Im not picky). When I got it in my waffle cone it was all watery and tasted like contaminated water. I think its because she went to scooping with the scoops before shaking the water off of them after she pulled them from the water bucket. I dont think I would recommend this location until they get some people who care a little more about their jobs and customer service.

The customer service from the cakemaker/owner Tim was awful. He seemed dishonest about a cake order and justified his error on the price and the product. Instead of admitting his mistake and supporting his staff who gave me the correct info, he blamed the employee for giving me erroneous info. However, I was present with the employee as the info was verified. Good ice cream, poor customer service!

The staff was rude. The tables were dirty. They had no cookie dough and no pumpkin ice cream. Then after still paying 18 dollars for ice cream we were refused access to the bathroooms due to the owner not allowing customers or public to use the bathrooms. The manager refuses his employees from sharing his information to report any feedback. Id give it no stars but not sure that works.

Visited this location passing thru Mansfield and Found hair in my ice cream. Was pressed for time and couldnt tien around but I did notify the company. Employees should wear hair nets at ALL times.

Ice cream is really good here with all the combination you can do. Ice cream cakes are good as well.

Cinnamon at this location tasted way too much like butter cream with cinnamon sprinkled in.
