I purchased a custom monsters Inc. cake from this company which my friend picked up for me (she actually had the NERVE to post a picture of it on Facebook like shes proud of herself). I paid $110 for this cake which I bought for my sons first birthday party. $40 of that price was meant to be the cost of 2 FONDANT figurines at $20 a piece that she was supposed to make. When the cake was picked up there were these two cheap plastic toys where the fondant figurines were supposed to be. The owner of the company said NOTHING about it to my friend who picked up the cake - not even so much as an apology or explanation - nor did she call me AT ANY TIME to discuss an issue with making the fondant figurines and to see if there was anything that could be done or to offer me a partial refund since she was not going to make the fondant figurines. When I saw the cake and called her LIVID she actually defended her actions saying that that had "tried to make the fondant figurines, but that they didnt like the way they turned out so they bought these instead. (MEANWHILE SHE IS POSTING PICTURE AFTER PICTURE OF CAKES WITH PERFECT FONDANT FIGURINES - YOU CANT CONVINCE ME SHE COULD NOT PRODUCE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A FONDANT MIKE WAZOWSKI!!!! - my guess is she ran out of time - forgot or just couldnt have been bothered) And since the contract says that they could take artistic liberties that there was actually no problem charging me $40 for these two cheap plastic toys". I MEAN WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I explained to her that artistic liberties does not mean you get to charge me exorbitant amounts of money for cheap toys (which sounds more like FRAUD to me) at which point she offered me STORE CREDIT for the difference. At first she offered me $15 back on the $40 I paid explaining that her store policy was no refunds. After I explained that she failed to deliver the product that I paid for she then offered me $20. Long story short I ended up getting only a $20 refund. ALSO I ordered an eyeball cupcake which was supposed to me made with ICING not fondant. I explained to her at the time of purchase that it would be my sons smash cake and that I didnt think he would enjoy the taste of fondant - the cupcake came with a thick layer of fondant and was dry and flavorless. Moms know that the smash cake is a HUGE deal for a first birthday party and this one will forever be ruined...on top of that the lady absolutely did not care one bit that I was not happy nor did she at any time admit that what she did was unethical or in any way wrong. I think the only reason she even gave me back the $20 that she did was because she wanted me off the phone. At the end of the day while the cake overall was cute it certainly is not worth the $90 that I ended up paying!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

This is the first cupcake that I have had that can compete with Sprinkles, which is my all time favorite. I have to admit that the Strawberry cupcake was maybe a notch BETTER than Sprinkles, so I have to give this place my absolute best recommendation. I liked this place enough that I am bringing my car club down to visit which is not a recommendation that I make lightly. I have a reputation to uphold! I did not notice any problem with the icing which I thought had very intense flavors. It sounds like other reviewers might have left theirs in the heat too long. This is Texas. I tried a six pack (split with my wife over a two day span!) and the only one that was lacking was the Red Velvet. Personal taste here...I like a little more cream cheese flavor in my Red Velvet frosting. The cupcakes themselves were consistently moist and tasty.

DISASTER...It looked as if the owner just through a cake together at the last minute. Several layers had dents in them, the frosting looked as if it had been smeared and I specifically requested the layers to be topsy turvy. I even left a picture of the cake I wanted when I placed the order. The owner and I went over the order several times. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when I picked the cake up, as it did not look anything like the picture or what we discussed. When the owner was asked why she did not make the cake as we discussed, she simple said “oh I’m sorry I wasn’t looking at my notes”. ARE YOU SERIOUS? MY DAUGHTER WAS SO DISAPPOINTED WHEN SHE SAW THE CAKE. And to top it all off THE CAKE WAS DRY AND DID NOT TASTE GOOD AT ALL.

For my 1 year business anniversary I went to Frosted Pink Cake Co. for some party treats and sweets. I was so amazed at their skills to customize a variety of cupcakes with my business logo. Not only did they look awesome, but they were so good! Everyone at the party loved them. Since then, Ive ordered my sons high school graduation cake and my mother-in-laws birthday cake. When spending my money I like knowing that Im going to get exactly what I ordered. The taste, quality, and presentation of their work is worth every cent. Now that I know better, Ill never go back to Krogers or Walmart for a cake. While there, dont forget to try their lemonade. Its really good!

Frosted Pink Cake has the absolute best cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and “oh my” those Lemon Bars are melt-in-your mouth delicious. I’ve been coming to Frosted Pink Cake for over a year now and I have enjoyed every sweet treat that I have tasted. I have also ordered custom cakes for birthday celebrations and graduations. Not only were the cake designs beautiful and unique, but the cakes were moist and tasted fantastic. The owner was very professional and patient in helping me to choose the perfect cake design for my occasions. Go to Frosted Pink Cake Co. to satisfy your sweet tooth…you will not be disappointed!

I was really excited to try this place out since they post great pics of their cupcakes online. I tried the chocolate chocolate cupcake and it was moist and frosting was good. I also tried the birthday cake cupcake and it tasted horrible! The frosting tasted like a stick of butter and the cake tasted powdery like flour water, it had a weird taste and it stuck to my mouth very hard to enjoy. Not worth $4 a cupcake and the place smells really bad like old mop water. giving 3 reviews because the chocolate frosting was good

After numerous referrals to Frosted Pink Cake Co, I finally had the opportunity to stop by to purchase a dozen of their yummy cupcakes. What an awesome treat!!! The cupcakes were moist with an amazing buttercream frosting. Definitely freshly baked! I purchased a variety of flavors to celebrate my sons birthday....and each of my family members loved them! I will definitely be the person now referring my friends to Frosted Pink. I cant wait for an opportunity to purchase a cake. #FrostedCakeFan

My wife picked up some red velvet cupcakes from Frosted Pink. I think the frosting was chocolate, not sure, it was the consistency of pudding and it was slimy and not very good. My wife told me there were very unwelcoming signs in the building reading "No Children" and "No Refunds", not what you would expect from a company selling sweets which is what children love. My wife also told me the lady at the counter was not very helpful. All in all, I would not use their service.
