An employee stole my wallet in January of this year and very nonchalantly told me that she and the police officer and store security are friends. When I went back to look for it she was coincidentally coming back from her break. I reviewed the mall camera footage which only showed clips but also showed me with my wallet getting ice cream but then cuts away. But how convenient when this stores actual camera footage got mistakenly deleted. I mean seconds before it shows me walking away from this kiosk. I placed calls to their corporate office, explaining the situation. No one ever called me back. I found out two months later I want the only victim.

Terrible! Their "salsa" was tomato sauce. All their fried tortillas tasted like chemicals. My cheese enchiladas literally were made with American cheese. We had a table of 11 people and NOBODY was satisfied. These other reviews were very misleading. Dont waste your money in the over priced terrible tasting food.

If you havent had gelato it is basically really thick and creamy ice cream. Get a sample or two. Great variety of flavors. The servings seem really small but because of the thickness (and maybe the size of the spoons) it is very filling.

Love this place. It can get busy so depending on how many people are behind the counter, you could have to wait. But its worth it. Theyre very friendly and reasonably priced. It always tastes great

Ignore the other user review. Paciugo is authentic Italian gelato, not a restaurant. The gelato is fantastic. Smooth, creamy, and flavorful. Paciugo is one of my all time favorites. :)
