Just not like it used to be. Showed up at 9pm because they have posted online that they close at 930pm. I pulled up to window and the 2 girls inside ignored me. After several minutes I drove off. I waved and even a gesture or mouthing were closed would have been nice. The service before this visit has been poor also. I think its just the young ppl they have working. Snow cones have always been good though. Been coming here since I was a kid. Thankfully a great place in Pantego opened up. Larger sizes for the money. Friendly employees. Annies Freeze is the one in Pantego. Great outside seating area, fun lighting and decor, better service and product. 5 minute drive from Snowflake Factory. And Annies is open til 10pm for the summer.

I normally love this place but the last experience was not good at all. After 4 times of trying to get my snow cone with LIGHT syrup, I finally gave up. It was either way too heavy or barely covered the dome of the snow cone. After waiting in a long line to get it fixed, it started melting and when I got to the hut, the girl said she couldnt give me the same size since I ate some already. Ha! Its called melting from the heat! I tried calling the "Manager" but got an inappropriate text yellin the words, "Angry customer!!!". What type of customer service is that? Will be going to the little red hut off W. Pioneer pkwy from now on. Shame since my family and I used to go here at least 4 times a week. What a shame.

..ive brought my family here multiple time. We love the ice and flavors. However our order stays the same every single time and yet...for the last 3 times we have came its been such an horrible experience its unbelievable. The prices seem to go up and we are over charged the last 3 times ON THE SAME ORDER, WHEN I POLITELY ASK WHY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE I GET TOLD..I WAS UNDER CHARGED THE LAST TWO TIMES. ALWAYS SOMEONE DIFFERENT WORKING. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE. IM SURE I CAN FIND ANOTHER SIMILAR . PLACE WITH GREAT FLAVORS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES THAT DONT CHANGE ON THE SAME ORDER EVERY TIME. LOST A GREAT DAILY COSTUMER.

Drove all the way from Mansfield, TX and also stopped by ATM, because most snow cones stands only accept cash. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I pull up and they have a sign stating they dont accept $20s. I asked why and they said "because everyone has been giving us $20s". Well this is very upsetting as I had past 2 snow cones stands to come specifically to this one. Yet the only currency an ATM gives is $20s. This service is by far worthy of only 1 star. To the owner, how can you not have change for a $20 at your establishment? Very disappointed.

I have been going to this snow cone stand for years. It continues to be my favorite in the area, and Ive tried most of them! Wedding cake with cream, strawberry shortcake with cream, ANYTHING with cream (or without), and it melts in your mouth! The consistency of the ice is PERFECT, especially just underneath the very top layer. They usually stay open all spring and summer through Halloween, then close until March, but I would stop by year-round if I could!

This is the best, by far. They have been the best for years, and is one of the places you should go to if youre only in Arlington for a visit.. I live by another snow cone place but pass it up and drive across town to this place when I want a snow cone. Im not even a big snow cone person but these are that good. Sometimes the line is a bit long in length but it goes pretty fast and is always worth it.

The snow cones are amazing, some places are just chuncks of ice but here its like heaven on your tongue, you dont even have to order extra syrup its the perfect amount of extra with each order. The sizes run a little small, but definitely worth it. This was my first visit and when i pulled up there were 5 cars infront of me and 3 behind me which told me they were awesome and the line moved Fast.

i would never go there again . the lady there had a dry ass attitude and i as a customer ask the lady to put more syrup and she wanna charge 25 cents and the snow cone is not even worth it and then i asked for my money back and she wouldnt give it back , i wouldnt go to this place again cause they seem like they crying for money !

Ive been coming here since I was a kid and it was always great but lately they give out the snow cones very dry, its like Im just buying shaved ice. Its over priced for the amount of flavor they add. Plus the workers laugh at you when you order if you have an accent which is super rude. Never coming here again.

Does anyone know what their sugar-free flavors are sweetened with? Ive asked but the employees say theres no labels on the syrups and they dont know. Im a little concerned that the flavors arent actually "sugar free" since they taste so much better than any other place.

Best in town! The ice is the perfect light consistency and lots of syrup. Every bite has flavor unlike the only time we tried some other place... all I tasted was ice. But not at Snowflake Factory! Thanks yall, keep it up !

CASH only establishment. Drive up window. Numerous flavors and combinations. Friendly staff. Good pricing. Only downside is in the Texas heat the get slushy quick. Picnic tables if you want to eat on site.

This is absolutely the BEST place to get snowcones!!!!!! Best soft snow-like shaved ice, great prices and customer service. Sometimes 5-10 min wait in line, is totally worth it!!!!
