This location is dirty and the service is bad. They use cash register that is old that they can not except franchise app coupon. I got 3 small pieces of marshmallows mixed into my ice cream. The old lady dropped marshmallows while she was trying to scoop it so I asked if she could add more and she said it was going to cost me extra. So I got 3 small pieces of marshmallows. The restroom was very dirty and the toilet was not flushing. I would never go back to this place.

How is this place still open?? Lady scooped the wrong Ice cream and son didnt notice until the very end. She was quite disgusted like it was OUR fault! Wife used the restroom and said the lock was busted and had someone walk in on her. 8y/o son said the mens restroom was disgusting. This 2nd attempt to remake the ice cream they he put it in a cup and he had asked for a cone. He (different employee on the retry) shook his head like, again, it was our fault.

The ice cream Ive gotten is good but I was told they dont do the rewards program right now? How does that even make sense? They also charged me $5 just for a small ice cream with nothing mixed in and didnt give rewards on top of it. Couldve gone to Kroger next door and gotten alot more ice cream and gotten points for my purchase.

Even though the sign states that I can get unlimited toppings to mix in, the server said no we mix in only three toppings. BE CAREFUL. They charge a few more cents on top of the total amount. I suggest you calculate your total with tax and you will notice the the server will tell you a different total value.

Horrible customer service. When I tried to use a gift card, she asked why I wasnt paying with cash, which I ended up doing because she said the machine wasnt working. Counters were dirty. My daughter threw her ice cream cone in the trash, and said it was nasty. First and last visit.

Craved for butter pecan ice cream, went in late night and got a Togo before closing time. It was wrong flavor, came home and threw it in trash. The least I expect is to get the flavour I ask. If they are too tired by 10:45, dont keep store open till 11.

I love their ice cream but OMG too pricey!!! For the cost of getting my two daughters a small cup of whatever simple thing they want, I can by enough ice cream from the store to last me months. Delicious but not worth the cost.

Server was extremely rude. Licked her fingers clean of ice cream before taking my card and then got made at me for not paying with cash. Wont be returning.

The service is not the friendliest. We have now stopped going after all the bad service. It tends to ruin the mood.
