Sweet Mix, Ive gotta say, was a huge let down. Their menu items sounded pretty tasty and I was eager to try their crepes and flavored shaved snow. After seeing how much it was for a small bowl for their shaved snow ($7), I decided to just go with their Romeo + Juliet crepe. Their crepes are a complete rip off. There was little fruit and barely any nutella. The ice cream was clearly cheap and poor quality based on the consistency of it. I couldve gone to IHOP and purchased the same crepe with more of everything for the same price. Also, they didnt offer boba milk tea that was unsweetened. Ive never heard of such a thing. Every legitimate boba place I know of offers sweet AND unsweetened boba milk tea. The atmosphere of Sweet Mix was annoying as well. It was small, compact and echoed extremely loud. There was a group of college kids behind us and they were playing Jenga. The sounds of the small wood bricks hitting the table was ridiculously loud and uncomfortable. Based on this experience I wont be going back to Sweet Mix. I could walk into a Corner Bakery and Id get exceptional customer service (which also didnt happen at Sweet Mix) and get value for my meal. The price Id pay for a dessert and drink at Corner Bakery would be half the cost if I were to get the same thing at Sweet Mix. Youd have to really suck to make me not want to return to a place of business. I can see a lot of people really enjoy this place which it great. Whatever floats your boat. For me, however, its definitely not worth my time or money.

This place is exceptional. They have all manner of azn dessert awesome. Huge variety. Lots of crepes(very well made in front of you), waffle sandwiches, Boba and, my favorite, fruit snow bowls. The fruit is always good, so is the ice cream topping. I always opt for condensed milk but, if you dont like it, be sure to tell them as their fruit snow bowls come with condensed milk. They also have complimentary fruit infused water for refreshment. As another reviewer commented, it is echoy in there are this is made worse by TVs opposite each other on the side walls. Flat walls with nothing but, vinyl decals and paint, high, unfinished ceilings and a concrete slab provide nothing to absorb sounds. That said, idk how theyd retain the vibe and introduce sound deadeners. I also had an issue in the bathroom, 1 time. I cant remember what happened exactly. Either I couldnt find the light switch or it is motion activated... Either way, I gave up and handled my business in the dark.

I clearly love this place. its far the ideal dessert location to go to whilst youre yearning something candy. that is additionally one in every of my move-to dessert stores while ive own family with toddlers on the town. they have got a bit little bit of everything: shaved ice with fruit, crepes, waffles, boba tea & greater! My all time favored is the mango shaved ice with sparkling strawberries, mangos, kiwis and bananas! whilst i am feeling for a few crepes, I generally order the Romeo & Juliet..the precise mixture of strawberries, bananas and nutella with ice cream to satisfy your candy teeth. :) in reality ought to stop by way of after your subsequent date night!

The service was amazing! Everything was so fluid and my order came out quickly! They were all friendly and the atmosphere is awesome! Its a great place to come hang out with friends, though the only drawback that it is a little small, but besides the little space they have they make up for it with amazing everything. I had an apple cinnamon crepe and I can absolutely say its the best crepe Ive ever had. The strawberry lychee slushie with boba was very refreshing. Overall a perfect experience at a great place!

I love that they are always trying new things! I have enjoyed every drink I have had, but personally find myself craving the iced coffee with boba and/or coffee jellies OR the red beab smoothie. I usually go because I am craving those and skip trying something new to satisfy my cravings. The staff are all friendly and sweet and the environment is very pleasant to look at. It isnt very important, but I kind of miss hearing kpop in there more often. :P

Apparently for such a small establishment hidden in the area Sweet Mix is really popular! I mean, when my friends from Arlington say "OMG you live right above Sweet Mix?..." that will really tell you something about a place. I personally have tried it a few times a while back and I really liked their crepes - I mean, they werent the best I have ever had, but they were definitely not bad at all.

This is a cool place to grab dessert. This is somewhere we frequently take friends to. If you only get one thing, I recommend the waffle ice cream sandwich. The drinks and smoothies are good too. All of it is kind of pricey though and the portions are not that generous. The environment is okay I guess, it feels like a giant echo-y bathroom.

Today I witnessed some racist dude walk in to ask for a haircut from the Asian cashier working at the time. Even though he got pretty nasty, she kept her cool and maintained a professional air. I am glad to see a staff of nice and bright people. Also, everything looks delicious.

Ive been coming here for years with my three boys, they love it! Weve been to a lot of different boba places but they constantly want to go back to Sweet Mix, everything on the menu is good. I highly recommend for those who have a sweet tooth.

So many sweet choices to choose from. Check out their menu. I will stop by here and grab drinks for department snacks and the Tropical Bliss is a favorite. Plus, they serve crepes here which are amazing.

The crepes are delicious. I ordered the bananas foster crepe and my sister got the cinnamon apple crepe. Service was quick and friendly. Its a cute place to hang out and grab a snack with friends!

Excellent place to get your sweet fix. The crepes are made fresh. Try the Smores or Romeo and Juliet crepe. Both are delicious. The smoothies are very good too. Their whip cream is made in house.

Adorable dessert cafe with Asian influences - one of the first of its kind in Richardson. Highly recommend their avocado milkshake, and their crepes are pretty good, too
