As a former paciugo employee I am very disappointed by the customer service at the paciugo at shops of legacy. First upon arriving the employees were all in the back and it took almost a minute for them to come out. Not even a smile or a greeting from them. Oh and both boys on their phones which is unacceptable and unsanitary. The young man who fixed my cone didnt put his phone down until he started fixing my cone and then pulled it back out. While we were checking out the employees started having a conversation between them and used inappropriate language. Once again Im just extremely disappointed at this location and the type of employees. We sat here for about 20 minutes and never heard them greet ANY customers something I always did when working here, "Hiii welcome to Paciugo, how are you doing?" With a big smile on my face. Also are paciugo tshirts not a thing anymore or hats? Because when I worked there we had to all be wearing the same thing... Ps. Horrible experience! On 5/20 approximately @ 10pm I walked in and received no greeting. There was a young lady and guy playing in the Gelato. They both looked up with a weird expression so I asked if they were still open. They looked at each other and said yes. I asked what she was stirring and she said I guess Gelato. The treatment was horrible, her attitude left so much to be desired. I have never been treated like a second class citizen like I did that night. I politely walked out. The two individuals behind the counter laughed as if it was funny while asking if they could help me. Establishments like this should NOT receive any business, especially from non-caucasions. Who employs ignorance of this kind?

Its difficult writing this review because we truly love the gelato and have been numerous times and will continue to frequent the establishment. The gelato is less filling than traditional iced cream while the flavors are equally numerous. However, the group of teenagers employed behind the counter leave a little too be desired. They could be more hospitable and struggle during busy hours.

Very much enjoyed the ice cream here (or gelato?) Parking is annoying, and it can get rather cramped during busy hours as the inside is quite small and has few tables. But all that aside, there are some unique flavors, and overall its a much better experience than going to a Braums or a Froyo shop.

The gelato is good - decor is clever but they never have coffee available for immediate order at Paciugo in Plano at Shops of Legacy. I have walked in and out several times for that reason. Otherwise friendly and the chandelier made of taster spoons is adorable.

It was my first time eating gelato. I had the Pistachio & Almonds and Sea Salt Caramel. It was so delicious. I will be coming back for more real soon! And you can ask for a taste of any flavor!

Way overrated , definitely not the best gelato in the metroplex. My butter pecan didnt taste like it, not did my companions tiramisu. The staff were polite.

The ice cream selection was vast. The staff were nice and welcoming. Place was decent. I would definitely go back to have another cup of ice cream.

Great Gelato, very interesting flavors. I dont know why any one would go to marbleslab creamery. This is our new hangout for an ice cream fix.

Location is near the fountain at Shops at Legacy. Parking is not the most convenient but the location is one of the best to have some gelato.

Love Paciugo and this one is a great location. The downside is if the weather is nice, it scan get crowded.
