I have been a customer at this Kroger for. years and I had the worst experience today. I usually purchase money orders and No one has asked me for ID. I always used the same form of payment. There was no sign that displayed the policy. The cashier was first rude talking to his co-worker for almost 10 mins knowing I was needing help. He asked me for my ID. I show ed it but I asked why no one asked me for it before. He said"they were supposed to it can looks suspicious" I asked for a store manager he told me that he would be glad if someone asked for his ID and that he was sorry that I was offended. Other times when I went and asked for help on an item the cashier replied "what?" I will not go back to Kroger. They can have it. Racist staff. .

Walked up to the deli counter. Two people noticed me but didnt acknowledge until they realized I wasnt going anywhere. I also noticed flies bouncing around the whole time she was slicing. Such horrible customer service. The produce section needed a facelift for sure. Really bad gnats in the onions that day. I understand you can only do so much, but... When I went to checkout the cashier was all over the place. He seemed more concerned with talking to the bagger (who I guess wasnt moving fast enough in his opinion) and letting the next cashier know it was time to clock out. I just wasnt pleased with this location. With sooo many grocery stores to visit in the area, I cant say Ill be back.

Terrible service at this store! The management sucks bad, went form a little short bad attitude guy to a tall Hispanic just as rude manager. Forget special request items, and forget about getting the managers to look in the back for something their out of. The tall Hispanic manager that runs this store is rude, short with answers to your questions and needs to go back to school for manager training. He acts like he is the Mexican President..., settle down George Lopez look alike its a GROCERY STORE!!!!!! I will not go back there and hope others will read this and shop somewhere else. Living in DFW there are a ton of Krogers around. This has to be the worst which is sad since it is the closest to my house. The money center has 3 people that rotate and none of them have a clue on how to do the most basic transactions. There is usually only 1 lane and 1 express lane open. They try to force you to self-checkout but there is never any attendant there. Problem with fruit or vegetables? Too bad, no one to help. Trying to buy alcohol, enjoy waiting 10minute while the line of people behind you grows longer and longer. All around terrible customer experience.

Did not expect this for a Monday. Lines of people trying to check out with only 3 classic lines open and the usual overwhelmed self checkout. 8-12 deep at classic and 15 or less line. Kroger crew reacted well opened 2 more 15 or less lines and also called overhead for backup. Found out 3 front line employees didnt show. First time so no worries. Crew was double tasking! Acknowledging people in there areas of responsibility while dealing with the rush. Over all IMPRESSED and I had wonderful banter with a fellow check out.

Deli staff was cleaning 1 of the 3 slicing machines when I walked up, didnt say a word to me when she looked up and it wasnt until a minute or so later, when I asked if I should come back later that she said a word. It was very poor customer service and with so many other stores in the area, why go to a store if theyre going to treat you like that ?

This particular Kroger has been on a steady decline in quality for quite a while. Unfortunately its not the lack of many food items constantly at this store, its the consistently poor customer service and lack of care about anything from employees that keeps deterring me from coming to this Kroger, despite it being closest to where I live.

Ok. The bakery is amazing. I"m basing my review just off of that. I got a discounted box of donuts for $2.50. It had almost 2 dozen donuts, all delicious and tasted fresh. There were about 5 churros in there as well. Just awesome. The other time I bought a giant cupcake for $3. That was delicious. A good amount of self check out lines.

Never seen a deli department work harder to ignore customers. Two women working the counter. One of them made every attempt to not make eye contact, as she cleaned the same slicer for five mins. Ignored me and another person behind me, until a little fellow employee came up, and then she skipped both of us to assist him.

I love this kroger because it is convenient to where I live! The pharmacy is quick! The customer service is friendly! For being a smaller kroger the selection of fruit is pretty great! You cant beat the discount on gas either! Parking can sometimes be annoying during peak times, but not a huge deal breaker!

This is my neighborhood store. Been going here for over 10 years. Even switched to Wal-Mart for a while and came back. They are family now. Love Rita who works the general store, Roland in dairy, Dennis & Carmen in the Deli. Everyone has good or bad days. You never know what others go throughout.

I was a regular customer here and loved every minute of it. Having recently moved to another state... I miss this SO much. The selection, the deli, and the simple ability to get everything we need with one stop. This, apparently, is really unusual. Appreciate what you have.

Huge selection, they even have all halo top ice creams. Customer service is decent, I came in at 10pm and asked a cashier how they were doing and they said "Im tired and I wanna go home". Dude was like 35ish and wasnt being funny. Other than that, wonderful!

Good produce, good prices, always have good customer service (been going there for 5 years), clean store, and the bakery puts out leftover free cookies. They also sometimes have specialty items that I cant get at Whole Foods, like lemongrass or tamarind.

This store is particularly high quality in both employees and groceries! No matter how crowded or hectic, the staff is always courteous and handles all food with care. I dont have to worry about my produce being bruised or items put in the wrong bags.

Stop here at least 1 time week for gas and grocery. Kroger fuel is cheapest in the area plus fuel points. Watch for exiting onto the parkway during rush hour. Exiting Parker road may be more efficient and provide a faster entry into traffic.

Started going to Kroger because I hated Walmart and I havent looked back since. All employees Ive dealt with have been helpful and cheerful. If youre tired of the Industrial feel of Walmart give this place a try, you might be impressed.
