Worst experience, no cash registers open except one. Then our cashier rang up our items twice. She did not know how to ring up produce then our sacker consistently made faces everytime wed bring up inconsistencies with the scanned items. Then the sacker put can goods on top of our bread and got an attitude when we said something. Cashier manager comes over and makes it out to be our fault because cashier is new. Then we go outside and baskets are all the way to the middle of the lane. I look at my receipt and I was still double charged for meat even though I voiced it being incorrect. I call back to speak to Head Manager on duty she never once apologizes for the terrible experience. I go to this Kroger every weekend since it opened I spend close to $400 a week on groceries for my family of 8, this store has lost my business. Watch your receipts, not good

Hoping my experience yesterday will not become the norm at our new Kroger. Poor Produce showing up. Only 2 tills open with many staff wandering around as well as a staff member standing on lookout over my teller and bag boy. It would have been nice if she helped bag as that was a total disaster. Both Teller and Bag Boy were ridiculously slow, which I dont mind if its done with care. Sadly not the case, I brought in my own bags but they both proceeded to use plastic because their bagging skills were atrocious. Soda cans came loose and were just tossed loosely back into my cart. Have these people been trained at all? Not impressed. If this continues I may just have to return to Brookshires in Celina where they truly know how to provide excellent customer service.

Last week I sat in the cafe area and watched as one girl - who was told to sweep up and clean off tables - put down the broom and chatted for over an hour with other employees, before taking a break! I did send Kroger an email just letting them know that employees might be taking advantage of the fact that the cafe area is out of "line-of-sight" from the rest of the store. No response. Today my sacker - on the front registers - was wearing his earbuds and listening to music that was so loud I could hear it in line. While the selection is nice and the produce is fine, I have yet to see a manager, and the employees are ill-supervised and rather disrespectful. Not a fan of this store so far.

The store has gotten rid of their organic isles and has reduced their selection of organic & gluten free items with their new isle restructuring. It has been hard to find the goods that was so easily found before. Its frustrating for both the shopper as well as the staff to locate or find out they no longer carry those items. In this day and age when more and more people have food sensitivities and allergies, kroger should be increasing organics etc rather than reducing them. This shopper will vote with their wallet and make the trip to whole foods to get what is needed. Even Walmart s getting a larger selection of gf and organic foods. Most disappointed with kroger these days.

This is s great store! I love how clean it is, the layout is very friendly and the people are so friendly and helpful! The produce department is AMAZING! Its always clean, well organized with great selection and the food is great quality. The staff in the produce department is so helpful, too! I love the old-school checkouts where you dont have to unload your stuff from the cart before the checker scans it and my kids LOVE the penny horse rides after we check out! Nicely done, Kroger! I actually pass 3 other Krogers to shop in the store. Keep up the great work!

Very NICE Store, Good Location, Reasonable Prices.... HORRIBLE SERVICE.... This KROGER has the worst customer service of any Kroger Store I have been to here in the DFW Market.... ONLY SELF Check-out at this location until about 8:30 AM.. Most of the time the Self-Check-out is NOT working, or has multiple issues..... If you think you need help, wait til about 10:30 AM to go to this location, as that is when everyone finally shows up for work.... Fuel Attendant is clueless, and might be from a group of Wal-Mart Greeter rejects.....

Nice store, well stocked, great flowers, and plenty of self-checkout if you want to avoid lines. I think the prices are average, Aldi is much more competitive. There is a Kroger app where you can clip digital coupons, itd be great if they added a feature like the Target Cartwheel app has where you can scan a barcode to see if there are any coupons, and if not have it suggest similar products that do have a coupon. Its a bit cumbersome to browse through all of the offers to see what you might want to take advantage of.

Always disapointed with this store. The frosting is nice but the cake is moldy. Poor selection of meat. Poor workmanship when cutting steaks and chops, wedge shaped meat that will never cook correctly. Force customers to use self checkouts which always have problems. Store is laid out as vendor friendly and not consumer friendly. Pittiful. The Kroger on Custer is a much better managed store.

Today I received the best service from Christian. I left my debit card at home and he was so patient and waited on me to run home and come back. I was feeling sorry for myself and said well this day is going to be awful...and he said...ya know it is still morning, I bet this little thing wont be a big deal and your day will still be great. What an awesome thing to say!!

Its like this store is trying to see how many items they can run out of in one day. I never finish my grocery shopping here because you are at least out of 2-3 items every time I go in. They also dont have cashiers after 10:30 even though they are open till 1am. So if I go grocery shopping late, it doesnt matter how many items I have, I have to go to self checkout...

My wife stopped at your store today at noon to buy some lettuce. She was assisted by one of your employees named Jeff. He helped her find the freshest lettuce she has ever been able to buy Jeffs courtesy and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Employees such as Jeff make us want to return to the Kroger Marketplace to do our grocery shopping.

First visit yesterday. Was very impressed with the number of staff available to assist me. The most impressive aspect of the store and the reason I will keep coming back...the produce is from the Rio Grande Valley!!! I grew up there, Mission, and have missed the fresh produce. WTG Kroger. You got it right!!

Very nice modern Kroger. Everyone is helpful. Its not everyday you see a Kroger store this nice. But the last time I went there they did not have many registers open. There was a line for the self check out for gosh sakes!!! I moved to Prosper from Ohio.
