Stupid store. Called to find out if they had a phone in stock and was told that information cant be given over the phone. Who wants to waste their time to go to that stupid store just to find out they dont have it. Ive been calling all the Sprint stores all over DFW trying to find this phone(S6 Edge +) and all of them were more than happy to tell me if they had it or not. Fake Ass Sprint store.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ! AGAIN DO NOT GO TO THE STORE! Travel 3 miles down to the store on Adler avoid this store at all cost . They will only help you if you are a sale . And will lie to you about pricing . The manager is a joke and the sales reps are worse . They sent me to another store just to activate a phone. They are a third party the arent a real sprint dont go there !!

Didnt answer the phone when I called several times that I called to see if they carried an item that I wanted for my phone. When I got there a guy told me it was a speciality item and not sold in any sprint stores have to go to amazon or something like that to buy it. I told him the Sprint store in Cedar hill has it but I was closer to this one.

My personal experience at the sprint was very intriguing it so many new devices thats out now that i must get...i originally when into the store to pay my family bill because consquedancely im always shopping there ,its very convenient for me to take care of all my business and my bill already paid!!!! lol Thanks stranger... .

If you want a sprint store with great staff, great knowledge of products, and store smells great. Then these guys are your stop. Manager and staff are very knowledgable of what they are selling you. There customer service is awesome, in and out really quick. Thank you Aaron, Angel and Albert for a great experience

WORST NETWORK I HAVE EVER HAD, EVEN METRO HAS BETTER CONNECTION THAN THIS GARAGE NETWORK!! CONNECTION IS SOOO SLOW EVEN AT 12 AM AT NIGHT IT WONT EVEN LOAD MY FACEBOOK PAGE OR ANY APPS!!! ONCE I GET OFF MY LEASE IM OUT OF HERE, PEOPLE DONT NOT GET NETWORK FROM HERE! THANK YOU
