to an extent i love the products, (the ones that dont tarnish or break when you get them) but i was employed there. all i have to say is NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER WORK THERE. The main manager talks horrible about her employees to other employees (not just to the other managers) as well as the customers. i would go in early almost every weekend, stay late, cover shifts, was the only part time employee that would work 10 hour days with only 30 min breaks. many times i requested off and did not receive it but another girl who did not request off got it. the manager would always tell me "i figured you would be okay with, since i help you out so much." which she did not. i called in ONCE because my husband was sick and unable to take care of our 3 year old and no one else could take care of him. i dont hire just any babysitter to watch my son, especially since what i would have to pay for a sitter would be more then i made there for that one shift. (oh and my sons is special needs so the babysitter prices go up, and shes well aware of this) but her respond was "well i already have everyone working so i dont know what to tell you" my respond was "well i have no one to watch my 3 year old son so im not sure what to tell you." about 3 days later i put in my notice. she was rude the rest of my 2 weeks there. for another employee there (not saying names) but she also has a child and couldnt make it to work one day, the main managers comment to me was "i just dont understand why she cant hire someone to watch her kids, i know she can afford it." so yeah, dont work there. horrible place. looks are very deceiving.
