Horrible customer service at Sephora inside Jcpenney. Waited around for 15 minutes with no help, when the lady finally came up, she said one of the workers would help me once shes done at the register, I waited patiently but she decided to help 2 other customers that walked in after me instead. Never coming back to this store. Its not their first bad review, Manager needs to do something about this ongoing problem.

I love the Salon! The manager Barbara is such a sweet and helpful person I always enjoy my time in this salon. My hair stylist, Gena is amazing. Always the perfect color and cut. I let her style my hair the way she wants and its always different and whimsical.
