I have purchased 4 pairs of Ray Bans from your Sunglass Hut (The Arboretum) store in Austin, TX. I had purchased a pair of Wayfarer Ray Bans a year ago and really like them. I noticed a week or so ago that one of the screws had came out so I called Chelsey Maldonado (Store Manager) asking if they could fix them. She said that they probably couldnt and asked how long ago I purchased them. I gave her my information and she looked it up in the system. I was 3 days past my "warranty" but she said bring them in and she would see what she could do. I did a few days later and she ended up giving me a new pair of sunglasses as mine couldnt be fixed. I was taken back back her awesome customer service and will recommend all of my friends/family to go to see Chelsey when they are buying sun glasses.

Humble Usa

Tucked away in the Arboretum, this is *the spot* for great service. Chelsey the GM was quick, cool and very helpful as she repaired a current pair of sunglasses for me. She then did some fine tuning on both them, as well as a new pair I picked up while in the store. Will definitely return!
