I was beyond disappointed in the level of customer service at this MK store inside NE mall.Yesterday me , my friend and our girls had the sole intention to visit this store to make a purchase.It was not a close drive for us. While we are browsing the store, The Sales rep was very aggressive and extremely pushy. While i realize she is in sales and trying to do her job she had no reason to be so rude making snarky comments about the bags i was looking at. Her attitude at this time was obnoxious and annoying yet tolerable. As i made my selection and took the my bag to the register along with my credit card in hand she begins to have issues the register. Not once acknowledged us after 20 minutes of trying to ring it up. At this point we are still patiently waiting. Once she finally clears the register and rings up my purchase she asks me to sign a form. The form was asking for my personal info and from what i guessed by glancing at it briefly was that it was for promotional offers. I politely refused to fill out. At this point she rolled her eyes and it was very apparent how annoyed she was. She said i had to fill it out in order to make my purchase and that there was no way she could waive this in the system. At this point i was completely disappointed, annoyed, and upset. I decided to cancel the purchase. She said FINE again with a horrible attitude. They let us walk out the store without an apology or explanation. Not once were we rude there was no reason to be treated this way. I will never be going back to this location to be treated like this and i dont recommend that you do either.

This has to be the most RACIST store I have ever encountered. I went to this store (store number 624) with my friend today as we were in the mall. When we entered the store no one acknowledged us, not a "hello" "one minute and Ill be right with you" "may I help you with something", nothing, just ignored. I remained calmed as I was carrying a Michael Kors bag so clearly I can afford the brand. A few minutes went by, still no service to the two black women in the store. A middle eastern couple walked in and oh and behold customer service all of a sudden existed. A sales lady who name was Jasmine, walked right past my friend and I and immediately began to assist them. We walked up to her and asked her what her name is and she politely said "my name is jasmine". Well Jasmine, you had 2 black females in your store for 10 minutes that you willingly and happily ignored but the minute you saw a couple you almost broke your ankle to assist them. Is it because Im black?? How can one not think that when the sales women that were there ALL chose to ignore and walk past us but bent over backwards to assist others. I will never buy this brand again, as Jasmine and her colleagues represents this brand. For no one in the store to assist, lets me know this behavior is the norm at this location and that it is tolerated. SHAMEFUL!!!

WORST customer service ever at this location!! And the return policy is ridiculous!! I just bought my husband and wallet a few days ago. Which they do not carry in store the only reason they had it is because someone else had returned it there from an online purchase. Anyways I bought the wallet giving it to my husband as an early Christmas gifts! The card slots are too small for even his ID or debit cards to fit into it. So I wanted to return it only to find out that even when you pay cash anything over $100 has to have a check mailed to you which takes 4-6weeks!! Christmas is in 5days!!! Now we are stuck with a $130 wallet that is pretty much a waste because it cant be used for its intended purposes! I have called multiple Michael Kors stores none carry mens wallets. And the return policy is ridiculous when do you ever buy anything in this store for under $100???? Very rarely!!

Picked up something for my girlfriend and I was blown away by this place! You may thing going direct is not as good as buying this product from other stores and its not. They even wrapped it all up in a nice box and bag and I didnt have to worry about that part at all. Talking about wining the boyfriend of the year award! Seriously this is the ultimate gift to a girl and if you really care about her and want her to feel like she is the most important person in the world, this is the ticket!!!

I will never EVER again visit this store or shop at Michael Kors. I was in the store today (Store # 624) in Hurst, Tx waiting for someone to greet me and no one did. The salesgirl Jasmine walked right by me and my friend to greet another person (who came in after us). I was offended! It wasnt like she did not see when we walked in, she was right there.

I just want to say I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store and the sales associate was so nice and helpful. She even went back a few times to pick up different bags for me to look at because I couldnt decide between the gold or the silver hardware. Love my purse, and will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

The girl that helped me was the absolute sweetest! She was so nice and friendly, and extremely helpful! The entire staff that was there when I bought my bag was extremely friendly and professional. Plus, I LOVE the bag that she helped me pick out!
